3-Day Ba Be Lake and Ban Gioc Waterfall Tour from Hanoi
US$279,00
Overview

It’s difficult to experience Ba Be National Park without private transportation and a guide to connect you to the ethnic groups who live here. On this small-group tour—the perfect choice for adventurous travelers—immerse in local culture, landscapes, and lifestyles, and mingle with Nung and Tay people. Along the way, see the Nang River, Ban Gioc Falls, Nguom Ngao Cave, and more.

What to Expect

After pickup from your hotel, learn about local cultures at the Museum of Cultures of Vietnam’s Ethnic Groups in Thai Nguyen city. Enjoy lunch and then travel north. You might stop at a tobacco-producing village before you reach your homestay, with a Nung family in Quang Uyen, in time for dinner.

After breakfast at your homestay, visit Phuc Sen village, known producing farming tools. Travel through spectacular rice paddy scenery to Ban Gioc Falls. Soak up the spectacular views before journeying to Nguom Ngao Cave, Cao Bang town, and Ba Be Lake, with lunch en route. Enjoy dinner with your Tay family hosts for the night.

After breakfast, experience Ba Be Lake: Swim, look for wildlife, and soak up the karst scenery. Board a boat to cruise Nang River, Ba Be Lake, and Puong Cave. Finally, head back to Hanoi, enjoying lunch and a stop at a tea plantation on the way.

No idea I am sorry. I am not a travel agent or anything to do with the tours. Like you, we were just tourists.
