Both collection at the airport and from my hotel was excellent. I recommend travellers to Bangkok using this service, well worth the $21 AUD I paid for piece of mind, especially as a solo traveler

The tour was well worth it. Kudos to our guide, Pasith kasuya, who was very lively, knowledgeable and entertaining. Given the heat and humidity of Bangkok in May, the half-day tour was just right for a little cultural immersion. Bangkok is a beautiful and culturally rich city and I would definitely want to visit Thailand again.

Tour guides English was terrible. In a rush for everything. Did not get to walk around train market. Was told we would be paddled around canals which we were not. Had to pay extra for that. Had a bit of time in floating market. But rushed us to leave. Very disappointed

Air today is very bad. Elderly and the young, or anyone with breathing issues should stay away. Can't see the mountains or the buildings. So smoky

The lady who did drive me from Phuket International Airport to the hotel was nice and polite, good service that I would love to recommend to anyone who are looking for good service and safe drive :))

We had a tour with Nicole on 12.2.23 in Bangkok for the Temple Tour. Was a great morning and she was good fun and informative. Would recommend her to everyone

They were waiting as arranged driver and van were very clean he explained how long transfer would take all was good until we reached the hotel and a rep from the transferred company (called herself our tour guide) highjacked our registration with hotel it was about trying to sell us overpriced trips compared to in the town we explained all we wanted to do was get to our room but she kept pushing I had to tell her to go away she even stopped her Car on the street to speak to us we had to walk away Then on last night had reception call us for her to sell us a return transfer to airport we had arranged with someone elseI I will not use company again because of her

Quick and easy transfer . This was a shared service but it turned out I was the only pick up that day . Driver Came into hotel foyer as expected even though it was tucked away so no problem there . Came a little earlier than expected so also a bonus.Easy transfer to departures and drop off outside. Great service and no problems .

We have just finished our 9 day tour of Thailand we were transported feed and watered by our guild and driver our guild was Ram and our driver was Aran . We could of not been able to do this without , outstanding work by both of them THANKYOU

We found Destination Services at Ramada Plaza Hotel, Bangkok where we were staying 3 nights ahead before we join our Group Tour. Based on what we wanted to see, Ken offered the Canal tour, etc for which we availed of the Private Tour. We enjoyed every minute of the tour that Ken recommended. After that, we always approached him on his desk everyday for some other things to do on our own. He was so accommodating, sincerely and genuinely listen to our preferences, sights that we wanted to see. Ken has always been ready to check in on us everyday on how we did and always open for anything else we want to know. He patiently wrote every detail of what we needed to see and how to get there, where to eat, shop, etc. We highly recommend getting around Bangkok with his company, Destination Services of Bangkok. Can’t thank Ken enough for all his help that made our Bangkok stay memorable.

Amin you’re a legend! Such a knowledgeable and friendly guide. We did 3 temples and barely broke a sweat! His depth of knowledge and evident passion for Thai history was truly impressive. Lucy and I came away bussing!

Was at the Koh Samui International’s Airport waiting to depart and was pleasantly surprised by the little row of shops on both sides of the street as you walk towards the departure hall. Reminded us of shopping in the USA, very unlike an airport where shops are usually found indoors in an air-conditioned environment. Best to shop and buy whatever you fancy as you make your way to the departure hall as there is, at most, one or two shops only inside the departure hall. There is a small area where you can help yourself to some complimentary beverage and snacks whilst waiting for your flight.

A very impressive service. Collected and taken to the airport with ease and on time for my flight. Highly recommended.
