Our Moroccan trip was an experience of a lifetime. We don't have words enough to express our gratitude towards this wonderful team for providing us with an unforgettable 7day in Morocco. Very helpful and always keeping in touch with us via WhatsApp. Picked up on time every time. I think this was the best way to immerse yourself in Morocco, especially if it's your first time in this country. A quick shout out to Zayd, who was very punctual and lovely, we learned so much from our time with driver Zayd, about his culture and other random facts and observations. It was sad to say goodbye. Overall, I would highly recommend deserttrips and would definitely use them again for our next trip.

This tour was amazing. Having a super driver, Said, made the trip even more exciting. He drove safely, was always punctual, gave us all the necessary information and explained about the daily lives of local people. We cannot thankful him enough. More than 2000km drive. I am so lucky we decided to take a tour with Said and Desert Trips! If we hadn't, I think we would have missed the heart and soul of Morocco! This trip includes a lot of time on the road, but it's worth it to see the cities, landscapes, and people that make this country so special. We particularly enjoyed the Fes tour, and of course the highlight of a night in the beautiful Sahara desert at Erg Chebbi. The Oasis camp is beautiful, and we never had any issues with our accommodations, which were all great. The hotel in Dades Gorge was particularly impressive. Said made our trip extra special by surprising us with a birthday celebration including singing and dancing in the desert. Truly a time we will remember for the rest of our lives.

This was by far our most enjoyable trip ever. Deserttrips made the arrangements for everything. They were able to put together a plan that took all our goals into account, mixing big attractions and small ones. We booked a 12-day tour and had a top guide. His care and hospitality were unmatched. Tariq made us feel at home, helping us navigate the moroccan culture and customs. Thank you Tariq. Every detail was so well thought through.. Med made our planning so easy. We changed things several times with no problems. Just told him what we wanted, and he sent us several itineraries till we found the one that suited us. As for our vacation, everything went flawlessly thanks to deserttrips. they had everything set up for us from hotels/riads, tour guides, and transportation.... (with pick up and drop off). What's a great experience! Lot of things to see, great Riad (Moroccan-style hotel), foods are fabulous. My friend and I just got explored and had such fun together. We learned so much about Morocco and local Moroccans through you. My impression about Morocco is that people are so energetic, so kind and very safe country. Road trip with kids was expected to be hard, but the 10 days went like a breeze and kids enjoyed it as well. Fes medina was my pick for the tour. I have just got back from Morocco. I’m writing this review as I’m currently sat in my room! There are no words to describe the 7 day tour other than absolutely AMAZING!! They planned everything for you so no stress, it was so well thought out and a really good value for money taking into account, transport, accommodation, the activities, and the meals that were included. The riads and hotels we stayed in were nearly all very luxurious, so if you’re more of a travel in style person then this trip is for you. We recently had an incredible, stress-free trip to Morocco, all thanks to Deserttrips. The entire journey was meticulously planned, from our city tours to transport, hotel/riad accommodations...etc, making it one of the most enjoyable vacations we’ve ever had. Our guides in Fes and Marrakesh were outstanding—their deep knowledge of the history and culture added so much to our visits to Morocco. They spoke fluent English and were very informative. The most outstanding part of the tour was the guide and driver, Moha, we spent a lot of time with him. He's an exceptional human being and was the most accommodating driver I’ve ever experienced. He’s a 10/10! He was always timely and His historical knowledge is truly exceptional. From start to finish, they planned our vacation flawlessly and easy to email, and text at all times. I was so impressed by them that I would recommend each one of them absolutely and with the most confidence!

We joined a 10 day tour by DesertTrips. we visited places including Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Meknes, Fes, Ziz Valley, Desert of Merzouga, Rissani, Arfoud, Todra Gorges, Dades Valley, Ouarzazate, Ait Benhaddou, Tizi-n-Tichka Pass, and Marrakech. it was an amazing tour that we will never forget, also Moroccan landscape is wonderful. the landscape was unexpected and dramatic, the people friendly, and the entire trip very safe. the car we had was spacious, comfortable and routinely cleaned by our wonderful driver, A lot of people in restaurants and hotels speak English, but it was so helpful to have Khalil. Khalil was our guide & driver for the entire tour around the country. He also replies to our messages within minutes and picks up our calls immediately. his presence made the atmosphere lively and joyful. the best thing is always on time, you never need to look for him, because his always around you. Our daily routine starts with Khalil greeting us at the Melliber Apartment Hotel in Casablanca, giving us a briefing about what our destinations are and what would be the highlights for the day, and hitting the road. riding with Khalil is never boring he is doing an excellent job, we feel all safe and taken care of (I think this is the most important part when you travel in a new country). he told us a lot about the country its history, politics, language, lifestyle, and Amazigh culture (Berber)....talks from time to time depending on where we get to which broadened our horizons! his presence made the atmosphere lively and joyful. also knew exactly what kinds of food we were craving for lunches, and was always able to bring us to the just right local eateries along the trip. Khalil is simply The best guide that I have ever toured with. we had the opportunity in some cities to have a local guide who showed us the best places with background information and histories. while there is a lot of driving, seeing Chefchaouen and sleeping in the Desert were absolutely worth it. we really enjoyed all the experience provided, and we will surely go back again to Morocco to experience it even further. ten day went fast!! we got to ride camels around the desert, drink incredible tea, and watch the sunset in the peaceful desert, the experience was truly wonderful and so was the food! It was an incredible trip, we loved the riads they chose, we liked the food, the people, the history and geography of the country. we would also like to thank our wonderful local guide in Fes, Hassan. he is enthusiastic and is a kind-hearted person. he is also very humorous, which made our tour in Fes a very fun, so many thanks to Med for preparing our itinerary considering all our needs and places we wanted to visit, and he gave the best recommendations in terms of places to explore, Last but not least, big thanks to our responsible driver/guide who kept us safe - Khalil! he truly made this experience more amazing than we could've ever thought possible. It is an experience that I recommend to everyone!

A private tour is a fantastic way to see Morocco. Everything from our initial email contact and arrangements through to the car, driver, guide, accommodation, food, and the flexibility was great. We highly recommend DesertTrips. my friend and I truly enjoyed our experience in Morocco, especially our tour guide/driver, who took care of us during the whole trip. Med well arranged our trip and also the accommodation they booked for us was pretty awesome too!! the time flew by but by the time we left, we felt we had seen the country with our eyes and with our hearts. Our guide was an excellent driver from the crazy traffic in the cities to the mountain passes, we felt safe and relaxed. I was expecting a magical experience, but it was much much more!! Khalil was our bridge for language, finding ATMS, what to order, how to pay, adjusting transportation, finding our riads/hotels, and special stops. We learned so much about history, culture, religions, food, art, gardens, Deserts, camels, language... etc. Stopped at so many interesting places all over the country. the restaurants we visited were excellent and very inexpensive while being authentic in all ways. the flexibility for things like time for lunch breaks in the driving and there was a lot of driving. during the time spent in the desert, it was difficult to focus our view on something because there were so many beautiful views! We rode camels into the deep desert to watch the sunset woke up to the sunrise, and sandboarded over the dunes to enjoy the tranquility of the magic desert. Standing on the sand dunes and watching the sunrise is not the same as going to other countries. we loved every day and every new place we visited. lastly, I would like to thank "DesertTrips" for arranging the best guide/driver, "Khalil" to give us, he was always willing to accommodate our wishes while accomplishing our goals, service was so personalized and valued for the price. that I will use it again for sure!!

We started off from Marrakech and stopped in Casablanca. Also I had been to Casablanca before, I never toured the Hassan II mosque. We headed for the 3pm tour, as this one is less crowded. Most tourist groups go for the morning one. After the tour, which lasts roughly 45 minutes, we continued to Rabat. The hotel recommended Dinner at Dar Naji, a typical Moroccon restaurant, excellent food. The next morning we left for the village of Bhalil, where the guide took us to a cave home. Apparently there are 500 cave homes in the village, they are hidden so. it was 44C outside, but the caves feel very cool and pleasant. The lady showed me how to make buttons for the Djebbalah's. We left Bhalil and stayed overnight in Taza, a town, absolutely not geared up to tourists. We left the next morning for Oujda, which is about 15km from the Algerian boarder. The town has a very modern part and then of course the Medina and souks, frequented by the locals. The next day we left for Al-Hamida, a beautiful drive along the mediteranean coast. We stayed overnight in Cala Iris. We left Cala Iris and drove over a dirt road for about 11km. We passed acres and acres of Hashish fields, grown here for medicinal purposes. We headed direction Tetouan and stayed at the Ecolodge Ferma Jebala, situated above Tetouan. We had excellent food here, a chicken Tajine and breakfast with fresh cheese, olives, eggs, honey etc was the best I have eaten for a long time. The next day we headed for Rabat, but I decided to stay Sale at Dar El Mouhit. The stay at the Riad was a highlight, as the lady who looks after it, Mrs Amina is a real character. All in all, a very good trip, I wanted to see a different Morocco, but suggest, probably spring or autumn would be better, as less hot. The temperature in the coastal areas were better, but it was very busy with Moroccon tourists. I had Rachid from Morocco Montravels as my guide and driver. I can highly recommend him. I have been travelling with him on several occasions. He is an excellent driver and communicates well. Thank you Rachid, I will be back for another trip for sure. Will try to find some off the beaten track places.

Our family’s trip to Morocco in July 2024 was a phenomenal experience, thanks to the impeccable planning by Deserttrips. they crafted a perfectly comfortable and enjoyable 6-day itinerary that took us through Fes, Merzouga Desert, Dades Valley, Ouarzazate, Ait Benhaddou, and Marrakech. Moha was our driver and guide, he was wonderful! Moha went above and beyond what he was supposed to do and even took us to some local places to eat. The local guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing us with rich insights into the history and culture of each location. They showed us so many things we never would have known to see! The riad and hotel accommodations were top-notch, offering comfort and convenience, while the meals provided were consistently delicious, showcasing the best of Moroccan cuisine. All in all, this was a very positive experience and most importantly, it was very stress-free. Once again, We are immensely grateful and heartfelt thanks to Deserttrips for making our trip ever-memorable. We highly recommend their services to anyone planning to visit Morocco!

Wow, what an amazing trip we just had in Morocco. We returned home last night thoroughly impressed with this exciting and varied country as well as the itinerary, organisation and planning by Desert Trips. I have just now had a look at some of the reviews posted by previous trip goers and can absolutely confirm that all the positive comments are accurate and completely warranted. The photos and itineraries they show are exactly what you would expect and are representative of what we experienced. A real highlight was traveling with Said, our driver guide who accompanied us in the same vehicle for the whole trip. It was comforting knowing that we were safe and secure in his hands. His knowledge of the journey, experience, friendly disposition and helpfulness were outstanding. We were amazed at the number of people he knew and introduced us to along the way. He was always on time with a smile and fresh chilled water and happy to alter the schedule to suit our interests where necessary. He is an extremely generous man with a big heart. We had local guides in Fes and Marrakech who were also excellent. The accommodation and locations at each stop easily met and at times exceeded our expectations. The included breakfasts and dinners were great and introduced us to some (and at times too much) delicious Moroccan food which we are missing already. The trip covers a lot of ground and we were impressed at how much of this geographically and culturally diverse country we were able to experience. The contrasts from modern cities to the sea, mountains, the desert, dry arid landscapes, oasis and fertile farmland were surprising and engaging. We extended our trip by several days (13 in total) and this was no problem for either Said or Desert Trips. We were very grateful that we could customise our plans without any complications. Everything went smoothly without any hiccups at all. Overall we can't speak highly enough of our Moroccan adventure with Said and Desert Trips and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
