Dynamite Day Tour: Small-Group DC Bus Tour
US$79,00
Overview

On this full-day bus tour of Washington DC, avoid the hassle of figuring out public transit on your own and visit more landmarks than you ever could on foot. Listen to the guide’s fascinating stories and then enjoy 10 to 20 minutes of free time to walk around each landmark. A small group size ensures the experience is tailored to your preferences.

What to Expect

Meet your tour guide at 9am at the Grand Army of the Republic Memorial, just steps away from the National Mall. From the comfort of a tour van, you are able to visit more landmarks than you ever could on foot in a single day.

A local guide provides historical background and little-known anecdotes at each point of interest, including the White House, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and various war memorials. Explore on your own for 10 to 20 minutes before moving on to the next location.

After a midday lunch break (own expense), continue to more of DC’s top landmarks. Unlike many inflexible full-day tours, the day's itinerary is subject to change depending on the preferences of the group. Around 4pm, arrive back to downtown DC and part ways with the guide.

RUDE, completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. My wife and I had planned this trip to Washington DC months in advance (item on bucket list) and these unprofessional people just left us standing in the 90 degree sun waiting for them. They did not even have...More

I do not know the location of the hotel or where the bus will or will not go. If you send them an email, I am sure they can answer your question best.
