The experience was great, our driver Kamil was excellent. We were early for our time slot so he went out of his way to take us to mcdonald’s before it started so we didn’t have to wait in the rain

Victor was a frendly and perfectly guide.Unfortunately,the weather was rainy, but it was very lovely tour to Zakopane.

We had a fantastic tour and support from our driver, tours were busy on the day we went , we left earlier than planned to get tickets at the entrance. Our driver got us booked into a 9 am tour. Having a 45 min wait he took us to a nearby McDonald’s. Which was much appreciated having been up too early to get breakfast. The guide and tour itself were very good and informative.

Great tour, great driver. Michal was really knowledgeable, the ride was great, he even played nice relaxing music. I would definitely book this same tour again if I came back. 10/10

Toured Wielecka Salt Mines and Auschwitz-Birkenau camps which was heavy going doing both in one day, but both well worth it. Our driver Piotr, picked us up at 8:20 a.m on the dot and dropped us off at @ 8 in the evening which is a long day for him too, however he was extremely helpful getting us as close to our destinations as possible to reduce walking time. Can't praise him highly enough. If you book with Legendary Krakow ask for Piotr !!

Wiktor, was our driver, who arrived at the pick up location as arranged. He was very courteous to the people who he was picking up and couldn,t do anymore for his customers. He safely drove us to the salt mines and organised our tickets and informed us of details of the location and times of our pickup point. Salt mines were amazing. I would highly recommend a visit to this amazing place. We then visited Auschwitz & Bergenau prison camps. Whilst we found this interesting, it was very sad to hear in detail what happened in these death camps from our very informative guide, who was brilliant. Overall we had a great time in Kracow and the people couldn,t be more helpful. Cant wait to go back..

The views were amazing. Great opportunity to drive there with Wiktor , good road . Super excursion , great time in that salt mine .

Hotel pick up and return was offered on this tour and the driver arrived right on time. We drove about 1-hr to the camps in a comfortable van with 5 others. We were able to order a sack lunch while taking a break between the two camps. I was surprised at how close it was to the city of Krakow. When you see the size of these camps, the photos, stand in their footsteps and hear the stories of what happened here during World War II, you feel the loss of every person that was killed there. My mother’s cousin was a victim in Auschwitz, so it was especially personal to us to see the plaque on the barracks explaining the cause of his death along with 11 others. It is a sobering experience but one everyone must have if you visit Krakow. Once there, we had our own guide who took us through the infamous gates and into many of the buildings and explained the selection process and the atrocities committed in each place The barracks were small to hold so many people and living conditions were less than adequate for animals much less human beings. Seeing the actual articles these people brought with them as they really thought they were being relocated. Piles of plunder taken from them. You could not help being overwhelmed and moved to tears. The camp is much as it was then including the barracks with meager furnishings, the showers, paths they walked, ditches the dug, barbed wire boundaries and threatening signs of Nazi rule. The daily living conditions were so terrible and I will not repeat the stories I heard as they cannot express how inhuman people were. That are that bad. When you just wrapped your head around all this, you take a break then drive another 10 minutes or so to the second camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau which was built bigger because Auschwitz 1 could not hold enough people. You enter the main gate and walk along the train tracks where these people were released from the cars, lied to and you literally stand at the middle of the road either going to the right that went directly to the gas chamber or the road on the left to the barracks where you worked until you died. We walked this same road. The gas chambers were destroyed by fleeing Nazis but there is enough left to see the magnitude of this operation. The camp is in fairly good condition considering how large it is, but the stories are the worst and the memories the most. Knowledgeable and sincere guides. It is a place of unbelievability, sadness, despair and grief. It is some place everyone needs to experience when in Krakow.

Very good experience. Thomas, our driver, was on time,courteous, and a very nice gentleman. Trek to the lake was wonderful,with a paved path and forest and mountains all around. It took us 5 hours to go and get back with an hour at the lake. Must do if you enjoy 16 km treks and want to explore nature. Lake surrounded by the mountain was amazing. Zakopane is a small town, with buzzing tourists. Overall a very enjoyable day.

Thermal baths were lovely, very big, loads of different pools/saunas etc. our tour guide/van driver Michael was very knowledgeable and really good English! Wouldn’t recommend any one else!

We went to thermal spa zacopane. Michael I guide was fabulous . He was very knowledgable on the bus journey and we felt safe on the long ride . He explained what to do at the spa and was brilliant throughout. We had a great time on way home wit music and toilet stops etc as we needed. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed the Auschwitz and Birkenau tour as well as the Salt mine tour arranged via trip advisor with Legendary tours it was a long day but we had plenty breaks in between and chance to enjoy the area by the Salt mine our driver was great very friendly and ensured we had all the tickets and information we required the guides on the tours were also lovely very knowledgeable and we're able to answer any questions asked

The tour from start to finish was excellent. I'd highly reccomend using this company. Our tour guide was a lovely lady. The bus driver Michael was punctual at all times, and very helpful throughout the day. He made the trip to and from Auchwitz very relaxing and entertaining.
