This tour is the perfect introduction to Vienna. As it's a small-group tour, you enjoy a more personal experience with the ability to ask your guide questions along the way. Your guide helps you beat the crowds and takes you to the city's highlights, such as Hero Square and Parliament. Learn about history, culture, the best places to eat and drink, and get some local insider secrets, too.
What to Expect

Your Vienna tour begins by meeting at a prearranged central location. Being in a small-group means having better access to your guide, if you have any questions. The day gives you insights into Vienna's fascinating history and the royal Habsburg dynasty. Visit the Imperial Palace, Imperial Apartments, Outer Gate, and Hero Square. If you're a museum fan, you'll enjoy seeing MuseumsQuartier, the Art History Museum, the Natural History Museum, and Albertina Museum.

Vienna has many beautiful squares and you'll take in St. Michael's Square, St. Stephen's Square, and Josef's Square. Afterwar, learn about Vienna during World War II and see Parliament, City Hall, Imperial Treasury, and the National Library.

See more than 20 attractions, including the State Opera House, New Market, Spanish Riding School, and the Imperial Crypt. Hear about famous Vienna residents, architecture, history, and legends, such as the one about Sissi’s diamonds.

Informative walk with Herbert!

Learned much about Austrian history in a relatively short walk with Herbert. Great English, knowledge and sense of humor. Seems like a simple recipe for success but we’ve been disappointed in the past. Great value. So glad we did this walk.

I believe it was 2 hours and we really walked all over. Wear comfortable shoes. We did have a bathroom stop because someone asked. Tour ends at St Stephen’s-we did lunch first and then went into St Stephen’s. So worth it!
