The Original Stockholm Ghost Walk and Historical Tour
From US$31,22
Overview
If you think you've seen it all and heard it all in Stockholm, think again. This guided walking tour sheds new light (and a little darkness) on Stockholm's oldest neighborhood. As you follow the lantern light of your guide through the cobblestoned streets and alleyways, hear tales of ghosts, murder, and horror while getting a deeper insight to the history of Sweden's capital.
What to Expect
At the designated time in the early evening, make your way to the meeting point in Stockholm's Gamla Stan (old town). Wearing comfortable walking shoes and (especially during the winter) warm clothing is recommended.

Meet your guide who, by the light of their lantern, leads you through tight alleyways, up narrow staircases, across cobblestoned streets, and through cozy courtyards—places that few other tourists see. Along the way, your guide delights and horrifies with tales of plagues, executions, murders, and, of course, ghosts. Part entertainment and part history tour, the past is brought vividly to life as you stroll the streets of Stockholm uncovering its tightly held secrets.

Your tour concludes in the center of Gamla Stan.

Ghost walk

I went on this ghost walk last night (7/5/2018) led by our guide Tom. Although he had a large crowd, he still managed to interact with everyone at some point or another. Very funny and knew the history very well. A very enjoyable tour!

Cannibals approve

Alice met the mad hatter, we met the ghost hatter, and we saw hell. All in all, a great visit. Saw and heard the dark secrets of Stockholms past, and they were not even nightclubs, a story of blood, books and cigars of happiness. And...More

Very Cool and Fun History of Stockholm

What a fun way to get to see some local landmarks that you wouldn't normally find on your own. It was also a fun way to learn about some of the dark history of the town. Luis was an excellent and entertaining guide. He said...More

I didn't notice a plethora of parking options in Gamla Stan, because it's such an old part of the city -- but public transportation is so easy, and the entire city is so walkable, that it was easy to figure out how to take... More
