Overview
Explore Lisbon at sunset on a small-group walking tour with a fado dinner show, and experience the city's enchanting music and nightlife. You’ll ride a vintage tram, walk through the bohemian Alfama neighborhood, then taste Portuguese tapas, wine, and 'ginjinha' liqueur as you listen to the soulful melodies of fado.
What to Expect
Meet a guide at Praça dos Restauradores, among the city’s most imposing squares, then set out on foot along the Rua das Portas de Santo Antao to Casa Alentejo and the city’s historic gates.

Duck into a celebrated tavern that’s a favorite with locals before hopping Tram 28 into Castle Hills, the perfect place for gorgeous sunset views of the city. From there, continue to a landmark church and monastery on your way to the Alfama neighborhood, whose intimate squares and narrow streets date back to the Moorish period.

The route concludes at a small restaurant, where you’ll dine on Portuguese tapas and wine during a fado show—the Portuguese music is on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list. Toast the evening with a glass of ginjinha, a flavorful cherry liqueur, as you enjoy the distinctive rhythms of Portugal’s traditional music.
