Fascinating Florence: Guided Walking Tour
From US$34,35
With its many pedestrian-only streets and limited parking, Florence is best seen on a guided walking tour. With a guide on this tour, you’ll visit a mixture of landmarks (Brunelleschi’s Dome or Duomo, Giotto’s Bell Tower) and hidden gems, and discover secrets and scandals you'd likely miss if exploring independently. Plus, you’ll receive recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and shop during your time in the city.
What to Expect

Your walking tour begins in central Florence at the ArtViva office, near Piazza della Repubblica, where you’ll greet your guide and receive an introduction to the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region.

As you visit highlights such as Giotto’s Bell Tower, Baptistery (Battistero), and the Duomo, you’ll hear tales of feuding painters, Medici rulers, and religious fanatics who all left their mark on the city, and get a history of Italian cuisine.

As you stroll through quaint piazzas and down hidden backstreets, you’ll get insider tips regarding gelato shops and the best restaurants and bars from your guide. The walking tour concludes at Piazza del Duomo.

Plan ahead as shoulders and knees (for men and women) must be covered when entering sacred sites.
