Paid heaps for the tickets for 5 family members, turned up at the meeting point (and met other ticket holders) and the tour company did not show up!! So frustrating as we had planned this portion of the trip around being in Rome on this date.
We called the tour operator who said it was a public holiday in Rome and no tours were operating and that Trip Advisor should not have sold us the tickets!
We have since got a refund but this is hardly consolation for the missing this amazing and beautiful tour that we will probably never have the chance to do again.
Disappointment is an understatement!!
