What to Expect
Collect your card from a centrally located pickup point and head straight to the attraction of your choice. Both cards are valid for three consecutive days following redemption.

Save hours of time waiting in the general admission line with your Omina Vatican Card, which includes fast-track-entry to St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums. Use your Roma Pass to gain entry to two of the following attractions: Borghese Gallery, Colosseum, Castel Sant’Angelo, Capitoline Museums, or Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum.

You’ll receive a Rome travel card for use on public transport and access to a hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour, allowing you to explore the city at your own pace.

We found it easy to collect. We picked it up from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. If you print off your receipt you can get the hop on hop off bus at the Termini for free. It takes about 10 minutes to get there... More

I am not sure what is OMR 50.6, but Omnia card costed me nearly 100 GBP (British pounds), that card also included Roma pass, and all was valid for 72 hrs from time of activation.
