Early Bird Vatican Tour PRIME
Upgrade your tour with priority access 15 min. ahead of the usual early bird. Enjoy the Museum Galleries as they first come to life and a relaxed Sistine Chapel explanation while comfortably seated.

The Vatican Museums contain one of the world’s most important art collections, and draw crowds to match. But on this private tour, you’ll have special access before the venue opens to the public. Linger in the Sistine Chapel, take in the many masterpieces, and learn all about the Vatican’s history from your guide. Then, you’ll have priority entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica next door, without having to wait in line.

What to Expect

Don’t worry about finding your own way through Rome’s bustling streets: this private tour begins when your guide picks you up directly from your local accommodation. Make your way to the Vatican Museums, where you’ll have the rare opportunity to enter before the landmark is open to the general public.

With time on your side, learn about the many masterpieces on display, as well as the Vatican’s history, from your private guide. See the Sistine Chapel in all its splendor without navigating the crowds, and view other artworks by Raphael, Caravaggio, and Da Vinci. You’ll also visit the Belvedere Courtyard, Gallery of Tapestries, and Gallery of Maps.

Next, enjoy skip-the-line privileges when you head directly from the galleries to St. Peter’s Basilica next door, without having to go through the main entrance. Your guide will point out highlights within this landmark—the largest church in the world—and fill you in on its history.

The tour ends when you’re dropped off directly at your accommodation.

Eyes of Rome guided tour. Ask for Fabiana. Fantastic (and probably the best way) to see the Vatican, St Peters and the Sistine Chapel. Also recommend “Ancient Rome” which includes the Colosseum and the Roman Forum!
