    What to Expect
    Satisfy your culinary curiosity, and master the authentic methods of making pasta, ravioli, and/or gnocchi in this 3 hour cooking class. Under the expert guidance of a local Italian chef, you will work with flour, eggs and other ingredients to create fettuccine, ravioli, gnocchi as well as preparing some starters.  You will also hear stories and legends about how the dishes came to be, and what made them so popular ´till these dates. Then, you are invited to enjoy your creations at the table for dinner with starters, desert and wine.

    Sample dishes taught during this class are:
    • Bruschetta al pomodoro
    • Fettuccine al Ragu Bolognese or Carbornara
    • Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci or Gnocchi al Pesto (Potato dumplings with Pesto)
    • TiramisuMenu could change slightly according to the season and what s the freshest ingredients available on that day.  If you have any particular request, please type in the special notes! 

    Lastly, you will enjoy all these creations of yours with wine. The best part is that you will get to keep these recipes to recreate these tasty dishes and wow your friends at home with your new culinary skills that you acquire from this cooking class.

    We had a wonderful time with Nina (she was great!) and had a ball learning how to make homemade pasta. This is a fun, unusual way to see a different side of Rome. HIGHLY recommend doing this on your visit.

    Pretty horrible experience the entire time. Over priced, under delivered, nothing that you would want to subject yourself to nor anyone you care about. I'd pu this in the rip off class for sure.More
