Your tour begins outside of the Colosseum, where you’ll meet your guide at the start time selected during booking.

Head straight inside the Colosseum with your pre-booked admission ticket and descend to the underground chambers formerly used to keep wild animals and gladiators captive. Hear commentary from your guide about the site's history, and because your group is limited to 12 people, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

After sufficient exploration, you’ll embark on a sightseeing tour of Rome highlights. Enjoy panoramic views from the Roman Forum; stroll down Via Sacra; and discover the history behind the Arch of Septimius Severus, Palatine Hill, and many other fascinating sights.

Your informative tour concludes back in front of the Colosseum.

We did not wait in a long line to enter, but the Tour did have a designated time slot for when we could enter the Colosseum. The Tour was well organized and our Tour Guide took care of everything.

We didn’t take our backpacks for the same reason but once we were on the tour we noticed a lot of folks had them. My wife had her shoulder bag with her and that was no problem. If you’re doing the Pompeii bus trip as well on... More
