    What to Expect
Your Segway adventure starts as you meet your tour leader in central Rome, where you’ll receive an iPod with audio-visual summaries that provide information about each stop. After an orientation and practice session to get familiar with your electric 2-wheeled Segway, take off through Rome’s historical center.
Following your tour leader, pass by the Roman Forum, home to the ruins of Ancient Rome, and pause for a photo op of Piazza del Campidoglio, a square designed by Michelangelo in 1538. Cruise around the Campo de’ Fiori on your way to Piazza Navona, where you’ll stop to check out its fountain, designed by Italian sculptor Bernini in 1651, and admire the many street artists.
Next, glide over to the Pantheon, the stately temple that dates back to 126 AD, and if your tour leader tells you there’s time, you may go inside to look up at its dome. Continue to the Church of St Ignatius of Loyola (Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola), where, again, you may enter if time permits to see its ceiling fresco, and then make your way to the baroque Trevi Fountain to throw a coin in the water, ensuring your return to Rome, according to legend.
Finally, zoom over to the Spanish Steps at Piazza di Spagna before returning to your starting point, where your tour ends.
Please note: the order sights suggested in the description may be subject to change on the day of your tour.

OK, by far, the funnest tour we took! The guides, Flavio and Eddy were great, structured, (Eddy was very knowledgeable about history), but relaxed. They were so easy to get along with, seemed to really like their jobs, and they were interesting to listen to....More

My family and I had a blast. Our tour guide Emanuele was great. He was very knowledgeable about the city. If I can learn to drive a Segway anyone can!

Just on the outside of Colosseum. You don’t go in anywhere.... but it was a great preview of what we were doing for the rest of the trip and getting to know your way around the city. They give a good history of all the... More

You don’t go inside anywhere during the tour. It just takes you to the outside of all the sites. They give you a good history and it is a good way to get to know your way around the city
