Overview

Expand your culinary horizons on a food and historical walking tour of Madrid. A great way for first-time visitors to orient themselves, this experience covers Madrid’s culture and cuisine, making it ideal for both history buffs and gourmands. Unlike many other tours, all drinks and tapas are included in the price. Plus, if you take this tour at the start of your vacation, receive recommendations that guarantee great food throughout your stay.

What to Expect

Your walking tour begins at a designated meeting point in central Madrid. Greet your guide, and receive a historical and culinary overview of Spain’s capital city.

Over the course of this tour, visit up to five recommended eateries to feast on Spanish specialties such as cheese, paella, Iberico ham, and seafood, accompanied by your choice of white or red wine, beer, or soft drinks. Your guide brings Madrid’s history to life through commentary by revealing the origin of tapas and the culinary traditions that make Madrid unique.

After receiving ample restaurant recommendations, your tour concludes at the final food stop.
