Overview
Exploring Gibraltar without a guide may mean missing sights or details essential to the British territory's history and significance. See the landmarks with ease on this tour, with a guide to provide important background. Meet the Barbary macaques on the Rock, take in St. Michael’s Cave and Europa Point, and upgrade to visit the World War II tunnels, the secret military base built by the British in 1940.
What to Expect
Book your preferred option, meet your driver-guide and air-conditioned vehicle in central Gibraltar, and begin with a panoramic drive.

As you sightsee, listen as your driver-guide shares insight into Gibraltar’s history, geography, and culture; and snap photos of the landmarks. View the fortress walls, Moorish Castle, and old town, and enjoy the sea views at Europa Point, Gibraltar’s southernmost tip.

Next, visit St. Michael’s Cave and the Apes’ Den on the Rock’s slopes to meet Gibraltar’s best-known residents—the Barbary macaques. Then, if you’ve upgraded to see the WWII tunnels, continue to the entrance to this extraordinary underground network.

Tour the passageways as you learn how they were excavated by the British in 1940 to house troops, food, and ammunition. View the photos and exhibits, see the underground hospital and other facilities, and hear of the hardships of life here.

Whatever your chosen option, your tour concludes in Gibraltar.

Wonderful tour with Blands

Had an amazing tour with Phil. He picked us up promptly at our ship and then took us on an informative and entertaining tour of the Rock. The caves were amazing, but the highlight was definitely the apes. Highly recommend!!
