What to expect
  • The Triana neighborhood is known for being the birthplace of soulful flamenco dancers and valiant bullfighters, as well as the site of Seville's famous ceramic industry. It is also known as the go-to spot for delicious, non-touristy tapas spots. On this unforgettable 3-hour tour, a guide will show you the best tapas bars that only the locals know about. From the most traditional tapas to tapas with a modern twist, all the places will leave you asking for more. And of course it makes perfect sense to accompany all this tapas with a good glass of wine. The tour guide will help you discover the aromas and flavors of wines that go well with this Andalusian cuisine. First, meet in front of the Faro de Triana, at Triana Bridge (also called Isabel 2nd Bridge). From here, explore the local marketplace with its fresh produce, check out some major monuments, and arrive at the first tapas spot. After this, meander through the streets, and see a variety of different tapas places, from a loud and lively stand-up tavern to a tranquil, formal sit-down restaurant. At each of the four tapas bars, you will have a drink and a choice of one plate to share, which means that if you are in a group with a few people, you will get to try a dozen different dishes. After this, return back to the meeting point by the lustrous Guadalquivir River so that you could stroll by the river (and perhaps check out some fantastic live flamenco).

Amazing Tour
Aug 2021
I'm solo travelling in Sevilla and so felt a little nervous to go on a tour but as soon as I met Carlos he put me right at ease and I had a brilliant time. I'm trying to improve my Spanish and he readily switched between Spanish and English so I could practice, and he showed me some fantastic food and drink on the tour. He was also incredibly knowledgable on the city, as well as the rest of Spain. I thoroughly recommend.

Fun and Tasty!
Dec 2019
We were a small group of 5 + the guide. We walked around the area seeing things we would not have thought about on our own (signs on walls and little alleyways!) and ate lots of delicious food. Im a vegetarian but no-one else was, the guide catered to me and everyone (many meat dishes and plenty for me) and we all ate amazing food in nice local bars :)))

Best tour of Seville!
Aitor was our amazing tour guide! He not only showed us where the locals eat on our tapas tour, but we walked through the city with a great history lesson, too! Aitor is an amazing guide and I would HIGHLY recommend this tour (with him as your guide) to anyone!

Fun and Tasty Tapas Introduction
Our party of 3 adults (couple and daughter) met our guide at the end of the Isabel II bridge. Federico, is a young guy with a passion for Seville culture and history, and a lot of experience in the tapas bars of Triana. On our tour, there were no other customers so we had Federico’s full attention. His personable nature was very enjoyable and we visited three different tapas bars, and shared the 3-4 tapas at each stop that Federico suggested to give us a wide introduction in the tapas styles. As we ate and drank, we discussed the history of tapas, the history of Triana, and different cultures in the world, as Federico has lived in a number of interesting places. We had a wonderful evening and would recommend Federico if you can choose.

Disappointing
Nov 2018 • Couples
Our guide was a lovely young man but I'm guessing because of the time of year it wasn't that busy and there were just myself and wife on the tour, we went to 3 tapas bars and had a couple of tapas and 3 drinks on the whole tour, Chatted about family and Brexit! didn't really see much of Triana. We have been on gourmet tours in other cities before so have something to compare against and although the guide was friendly and polite I was left with the feeling that we were sold short for the price we paid

Great tour on a rainy night
Our guide, Alexandra, met us with a smile and an umbrella on a rare rainy night in Triana. There were only 3 of us, so it was a more intimate experience. The places we visited were excellent and we engaged with our guide through stories and laughter. We felt like we made a new friend and saw a charming area of town. Would like to go back when the sun is shining!

Great Tour Guide
Had a fantastic tour with Davy. Introduced us to various types of tapas and restaurants in Triana. Provided nice overview and history of the Neighborhood and Sevilla. Even left us with fantastic recommendations of other restaurants to try in town.
