Overview

Spare yourself the hassle of organizing transport and tickets on a stress-free day trip to Granada from Seville. As well as convenient round-trip transportation from your Seville hotel, this day trip includes skip-the-line entry to the Alhambra, which sells out months in advance, along with a guided tour. Upgrade to include a walking tour of the Albaicin quarter, a must-see area of Granada.

What to Expect

Your tour begins with pickup from your Seville hotel, where you’ll board an air-conditioned minivan destined for Granada. During the journey through Andalucia’s countryside, receive an overview of Granada’s history from your guide.

On arrival at the Alhambra, you’ll bypass long lines outside of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and head straight inside for a guided tour. Marvel at highlights such as the Alcazaba, Nasrid Palace, Generalife Gardens, and Palace of Charles V, and listen to commentary crucial to understanding the landmark’s history.

Following the tour, travel to the center of Granada to purchase lunch (own expense). If you’ve upgraded to include the Albaicin walking tour, spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the UNESCO-listed district.

This guided tour concludes with drop-off back at your Seville hotel.

Worth the visit!

Booked the tour since I didn't get the Alhambra ticket in advance. Everything was pretty much as the description says, and I was lucky enough to be in a punctual group--we were almost always on time (so basically no time wasted), and arrived back at...More

must see and experience

This is worth every euro, something that is unique in terms of historical differences when Islamic and Catholic architecture merge together... The guide was very skilled and lot of information shared with Family (the group).

Amazing, Inefficient, and Overpriced - All at the same time

Here's how it worked for us: - Meet at Andulsur office in Seville at 6am (it was fun seeing all the people stumbling in the streets in the early morning hours after they spent the night in the bars). - Follow our chaperone / bus...More

We booked a trip to Alhambra from Seville and were told on the site there would be hotel pick up. As instructed I call 1 day prior and the time changed from 6 to 7 am (okay by me) but was informed there was no...More

Great day trip to the Alhambra

Petra was a wonderful tour guide, and we found the tour to be both organized and informative. Excellent way to see a truly magnificent site while keeping our "home base" in Sevilla.

We got back after 7 PM because of a late start and bad traffic. The trip is wonderful so you wouldn't want to ruin it by worrying about your return trip.

Good morning. We were allowed to keep small bags on the bus during all of our touring. The driver stayed with the bus all day. However, because you might have luggage, I would recommend calling the local tour company and... More

I believe so. We booked our trip through the travel site Viator. Great travel “agent” site. There you can see a calendar with dates available during your stay.
