09:00 – 12:00 Driving time Warnemünde / Berlin with a restroom stop on the way
12:00 – 12:30 Meeting the local Berlin guide at Charlottenburg castle with a chance to stretch your legs and an introduction to the city
12:30 – 15:00 We start by touring the former allied sectors of the city; the Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe (department store of the West), Kaiser William Memorial Church, the Tiergarten, Victory Column and the Bellevue Palace. You'll see the German Parliament, the Reichstag and walk through the Brandenburg Gate in Paris Square as well as go through the impressive Holocaust Memorial.
15:00 – 16:00 Lunch stop (optional)
16:00 – 18:00 The tour continues with the historic heart of the city in the former Soviet sector of East Berlin; the Jewish Quarter and New Synagogue, a photo stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Museum Island and Käthe Kollwitz WWII memorial, Bebel Platz (Book Burning Platz)
18:00 – 21:00 Driving back to the ship with a restroom stop on the way.
Itinerary is a sample one: actual start of the tour is 30 minutes after ship's disembarkation. Duration is 12 hours. Order of sights may vary according to the traffic. The representatives of our company will be waiting for you at the port near the ship - you will easily recognize them as they will be holding DenRus sign.
This tour is not suitable for "slow walkers" or mobility restricted persons. There is unfortunately no place to load walker devices or wheelchairs in the vehicles
