Overview

With so much street art in Berlin, it can be tricky to know where to find the best pieces. In this small-group tour, you’ll make the most of your time by having a guide to navigate and show you the city’s must-see artwork, with historical insights along the way. You’ll decorate the walls of an abandoned factory and make a piece of artwork to take home.

What to Expect

Your day starts by meeting your guide (who will be a street/graffiti artist) in a central location near Alexanderplatz. As you walk, you’ll be told about the history of Berlin’s street art scene and the different styles and techniques prominent in the city.

The tour will open your eyes to the work of 50+ local and international artists such as ROA, Ema Jones, and Blue. Having a guide with you will help you understand the context of the work and all the different techniques used, such as tags, heaven spots, stencil art, burners, installations, and much more.

After you’ve seen work of famous artists and learnt about techniques, you’ll get to the fun part—being hands-on and trying it for yourself. You’ll visit an abandoned factory and have a chance to paint the walls with your own street art. The day ends with creating your own souvenir canvas.

Fun & informative

It was fun touring off the beaten path. Our guide Decken gave us Berlin's history of street art. We had a great time and learned a lot. I strongly suggest wearing comfortable shoes & clothes.

Great tour!

This was an excellent tour. Kurtis was a great guide, and I want to have his baby -- just one of them, though. After going through neighborhoods looking at street art and graffiti, we got to create our own stencils and "street art." As fun...More

The walking portion is about 2 hours with a break thrown in. The street art creating is about another 2 to 3 hours. This is an all-day experience for sure.

Should be fine! They do get on public transit at one point so as long as you can manage that there shouldn't be an issue
