Overview

Food is one of the true highlights of any trip to Paris. But without a local to guide you, finding authentic stalls, stores, and eateries can involve trial and error. On this private Paris food walking tour, sample 10 different dishes, from oysters to cheeses to macarons, and leave with expert recommendations of what to eat in Paris—and where.

What to Expect

Meet your guide at Square Armand Trousseau and head to a typical local market, Marché d’Aligre, for olive tapenade on a crusty baguette. Swing by Le Baron Rouge bar for fresh oysters, and then visit one of the oldest bakeries in the city, an authentic crêperie, and a traditional French wine shop.

Savor feather-light macarons, regional cheeses, and rillettes, a rustic pâté made with fine-shredded meat, before you end your 10 tastings with coffee in a cafe in Marais. Feel free to ask your foodie guide for lunch and dinner recommendations tailored to your taste.

Great experience in Paris!

Juilette was an awesome and knowledgeable guide! We have a wonderful morning touring some of the best little spots in Paris- not to mention the great and funny conversation with our local guide. Would definitely recommend a tour with Juliette!

I am not really sure. I can say that the amount of food was small at each location and you can choose the dish to eat plus what you drink is also your choice. I had water a two of the stops. But the cost might not be... More
