Giant’s Causeway Day Trip from Belfast
From US$28,51
Overview
Go to Old Bushmills Distillery, Giants Causeway, and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge all in one day on this guided tour by coach bus from Belfast. Save money on your rides to and from these attractions with round-trip transport from Belfast, which includes hotel pickup and drop-off in the city center.
What to Expect
Your Giant’s Causeway tour starts with a hotel pickup in Belfast. Board your air-conditioned coach bus, and get ready for your first stop at Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.

Once you arrive at the bridge, pay your entrance fee (own expense), and stand in a short line to get your chance to cross the 65-foot-long (20-meter-long) bridge.

Next up is Old Bushmills Distillery, which is super popular for its Irish whiskeys. You can enjoy lunch here (own expense), and wander the gift shop to see if you’d like to pick up any souvenirs (own expense).

Last up on the day’s agenda is the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Giant’s Causeway. Your guide tells you cool local legends about the site as you climb the rocks on the coast. You get enough time at the Giant’s Causeway without feeling rushed.

Your tour ends with a drop-off back in Belfast city center.

Excellent

The tour was great, with lots of information on the sites and we even were lucky to count on a perfect weather. It was so good that we would like to have more time to enjoy the view at "Carrick-a-Rede".

We were beyond impressed with this day trip! We were going to rent a car, but my husband wanted to be able to enjoy the scenery rather than driving - so glad we did it this way! We booked through City Sightseeing on a combo...More

Nice and inexpensive excursion

A hole day, lots of influence and a fantastic guide "Patrik". We were planning to rent a car and "make the tour" by ourselves but this was much more efficient, comfortable and cheaper. Deeply recommended for travellers who want to have a good picture of...More

Hi Visiting Dark Hedges was not included in the tour we participated in. It is some 20 kilometers from Giant's causeway.

About 6 p.m. or slightly before if it has to connect with the Dublin train.
