    Great trip 😊
Booked the trip for 14.15 but realised that we would need it earlier. Dan was happy to help us and moved us to an earlier trip! Very informative and an enjoyable trip. We went Camden Town to Little Venice. Much quieter trip than the other way around! Would recommend it, and reasonable prices too.

Great trip, lovely way to travel 😀
Lovely little trip from Paddington to Camden. Great commentary and the free magnum from a passing boat was a bonus for my son!

    Amazing docents!
Went on a Little Venice trip on Sunday. We arrived late due to train cancellation and missed our 12 noon slot, however the tour guides were amazing. They allowed us to join the next slot without having to pay again. It was such a pleasant surprise. Customers experience was exceptional and we had an overall fun ride with running commentary. Price is worth the engagement.

    Not to be missed!
We did the waterbus tour from Little Venice to Camden in May and it was excellent. The staff on board gave us a security talk then off we went, such a different perspective of a city from the water. Our guide was very informative and funny, the tour was a highlight of our trip to London, and we highly recommend this trip!

Peaceful, nice trip to little Venice
Had a nice trip to little Venice. It was a 45m trip from Camden Market. We booked an hour before the start time and we were the only ones who booked!!! It was just us and the nice tour guide on the boat! The guide was lovey, she pointed out buildings and interesting facts along the route.

A lovely way to see Unknown London
We spent such a happy 45 minutes exploring a bit of London unknown to us (despite having lived in the city for years) We loved being on the water, learning more about this backwater of London and seeing unusual sights, all to a delightful, wry commentary from Elliot. Great experience and totally recommended!

A great way to see another part of London and travel to Camden Lock. The booking was really quick and easy and finding the boat was a doddle. The team were fun and Freya was very engaging with her commentary along the way; she pitched it just right and talked just enough. We loved hearing the historical and celebrity info as we chugged along the canal. I'd definitely recommend taking a trip with this company and at under £15 pp it was very affordable.

Prebooked a trip on line for a 3.30pm boat on a Saturday. Very easy to find and less than a 10 minute walk from Warwick Avenue tube station. Our hosts Nicky and Ang were both very friendly. Boat was sanitised prior to boarding. Nicky provided the commentary which was both very informative and entertaining not to mention very interesting. Trip lasts approx 45 minutes and travels through Regents Park, Primrose Hill and through to Camden. Lots of things to look out and Nicky pointed out all sorts of things of interest backed up with interesting facts. Great value for money and definitely worth a return visit.

We travelled at 11 a.m. on a Sunday morning. The 2 girls running the trip allowed us on early. It was quiet and we had our choice of seats. Plenty of open windows for ventilation. I was amazed that for the bargain price we also were provided with a tour guide - so much information as we sailed along. Lovely views and a fabulous way to spend a Sunday morning.

Wonderful trip up the canal with my two children (4 and 9). We live in Little Venice and have taken the boat before when coming back from the zoo, but this time we went all the way to Camden and enjoyed it as an activity in itself rather than a means of transport. The guide was lovely and his anecdotes (and facts) were enlightening and interesting. Slowly cruising along the canal was very relaxing without being boring. Both of my children loved it. There are interesting things to see on both sides, from houseboats to impressive gardens and villas and a bit of ‘old’ London along the way too. When you get off at Camden Lock you find yourself in the midst of food stalls and cafés, something to look forward to if you feel hungry. The trip took about 40 minutes.
Covid measures were put in place and it felt very safe.
We walked to Primrose Hill afterwards, or you could go to Regents Park or the zoo (all about 15mins walking distance), or explore Camden market.
If you go the other way you have beautiful Little Venice to greet you, so it’s worth doing the trip either way.

We had a wonderful experience on our trip from Little Venice to Camden Lock. We then had a short walk to the zoo. (The Waterbus London Zoo stop is closed due to Covid but it means dogs are allowed on the Waterbus now)
Our guide had tonnes of local knowledge and interesting facts about this gorgeous slice of London.
We all enjoyed ourselves and I"d totally recommend it. (We even spotted a wart hog !!)

Having an opportunity to travel on an narrow boat on a canal in a busy city is not an everyday opportunity and we were using the trip to travel to a very good market. We were a party of 4 adults and two children and a babe in arms, all had a great time, the 40 minutes was taken up by being provided with information on the history of the canal and the local area. Long may it be available. Ashamed to say we all live in London and did not know about it!

Very pleasant experience. The tour guide was extremely personable, yet not overbearing. Very educational tour, while still giving the passengers room to take in the sights in silence at times, or just converse between ourselves (or with the guide). Prior to entering the boat, the guide saw I was clearly with a lady whom I was trying to impress, and kindly seated us both at the front of the boat! I couldn't have been more pleased.... and so was my lady friend. I felt customers were treated as individuals on this tour, and not just simply customers. Will definitely be going on this tour again with friends and family in the future. It exceeded my expectations.

We booked this last minute as we had walked to Little Venice and fancied something a bit different than a walk to Camden. The trip was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us (toddler and teen as well as adults). The commentary was fun and informative. Overall, great value for money considering the trip is 45 mins one way. I would recommend you book online prior as we booked 40 mins ahead and by the time the boat arrived, there were lots of people hoping to simply get on and pay which wasn't possible.

The staff cleaned the boat after previous passengers left it. Therefore it was clean and sterile for our group before getting on - there was plenty of hand gel and seats were safely spaced - felt very covid safe! The staff were absolutely lovely. Dirk was funny and kind giving some facts as the boat was moving along the canal. The experience was lovely. I recommend finishing in Camden market as that area has much more going on so it’s better to end there to explore and shop and eat. Little Venice is quiet and peaceful it doesn’t have much going on but is more picturesque so is a good place to start the journey.
