Unbearable seating and dated!
Oct 2021 • Couples
The legroom in the balcony is non existant, they should really warn you more when you book. There was a 5ft 4 child behind us who could only just sit down!
The show felt incredibly dated and the vocals were so screechy you couldn't hear the lyrics. Leaving me with no idea of what was going on!

Terrific acting and singing. Stage was intimate but so much more exciting because we were up close. Only negative was the temperature....it was too warm!

Perfect evening
Sep 2019 • Couples
I was a little bit worried when I wasn’t able to pick what seats I was getting. I should have known better! The seats we were given were absolutely perfect!! The theater is small though so I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. The Phantom of the Opera was beautifully done and was a great way to spend and evening! Would love to go again and again.

A must see -- for the first time or the umpteenth time
Jul 2019
This, long running show was just as fresh and wonderful as ever. The staging, acting, singing and orchestra are all wonderful. The set was amazing with multiple levels. The actors were wonderful.

Everything was on time, like clockwork.

Unfortunately, we sat behind a women and man who talked constantly throughout the production. Fortunately the music was loud enough to hear. But the inappropriate talking couple was not the fault of the theater. Some people just don't know how to behave in public.

This is a must-see.

Good Nap
May 2019 • Friends
The singing and orchestra: superb, the set: amazing. However the storyline was very difficult to follow, seemed a bit all over the place, made me sleepy through the whole performance apart from when a doll was thrown across the stage which was highly amusing. The staff seemed rude but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as dealing with people can be tasking, alas one man who worked as an usher in the circle below was ‘shh’ing people (who were basically unheard) was HIGHLY distracting and honestly got on all of our group and seemed like everyone’s nerves. If you are into opera and don’t want to see the storyline portrayed in its true state, I would recommend but I personally would have rather not spent £60 on a snooze.

Breathtaking
Excellent show! It’s all breathtaking and so powerfull! Great cast and the setting is so well executed. I had goosebumps for about two hours before getting out of tjere very warmhearted.
Beware, when booking, for the symbol of poor sight, there are some pillars in the theatre that you, with some bad luck, can end up behind.
