      Work Christmas Cruise!
We had a great work Christmas party on board the Purbeck Pride organised by Helen at City Cruises, Poole. The food was great and the disco kept us entertained. Everyone enjoyed taking in the views from the top deck, despite the windy weather! Thanks for a great party.

      Sailing with Santa,
We took our grandchildren on the Sail with Santa Poole Harbour Cruise and it exceeded our expectations 1000%!! The crew, and Santa, were very interactive with everyone and the presents that the kids received were excellent. We will definitely be doing another Cruise and would recommend to everyone.

      Great in all weathers.
Second time on cruise. Great in all weathers as have outside and inside areas. Sheltered waters of the enormous harbour rarely have waves Cabin with snacks drinks and toilet. Very informative and interesting with commentary along with humour.

      Excellent
We took the cruise from Swanage to Poole in October. Weather pretty grim but the staff made up for it with their lovely friendly manner. I’m very nervous on boats but they were helpful and reassuring enough for me to take the trip! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely go again.

      Poole Harbour boat trip
We chartered the boat island scene for 70 minutes for 25 people for my 60th birthday and surprise wedding celebration on the 1st of November. The staff were great, Helen, who helped us organise the trip and was very attentive and professional, from our initial phone calls until we set sail, making sure we all had a great time. The trip as a whole was also an incredible experience. We went around the harbour, sandbanks and the islands, the weather held very good. We also had canapés on board which were very nice. All the guests were very surprised and all said what a great time they had on board

      Great trip
Great service. The captain was really good at explaining points of interest on the way and had a great sense of humour to lighten the commentary.

      A great day out.
I booked online which I gather is a good move - no problems. We did the Poole-Swanage stop off deal for a sunny midweek day in October guaranteeing a less busy boat. It made a simply fantastic day out. The convenient parking at the Poole Quay visitors car park was 'toppy' but reasonable. Combining strolling, beach, walking across the cliffs (Durlston Head being a really good destination - 1.2 miles) and having a great lunch (many options) created some great memories. The onboard commentary was not too persistent, interesting, and different on the return journey. Given the conditions, I thought the value of the experience was excellent.

Excellent trip overall giving a relaxing start and end to the steam train ride on the Swanage Stem Railway during the boat trip to and from Swanage from Poole. Staff on the boat were friendly especially the captain with his informative commentary and friendly chat from the wheelhouse. The harbour, with its multi million pound house and boats together with the delights of brownsea island is a delight for a sunny day trip and the sights of Old Harry Rock and the start of the Jurassic Coast gives a very interesting trip overall. A great way to enter Swanage and potentially avoids a long car journey round the harbour. Highly recommended.

A great day out. We set off at half ten from Poole quay out of the harbour then along the Jurassic coast the hole boat trip was full of things to look at and to snap away at with the camera. The crew were friendly polite and professional and provided a great commentary throughout the trip. We arrived at Swanage at 11:45 then had a short walk to the train station where we boarded the steam train again the staff on the platform were polite professional and friendly with a good knowledge for any questions you may have for them. The trip was a good length we got off at Corfe castle and had a look around the area before having a drink before the return trip back to Swanage.

Had an absolutely great day. Staff were friendly and the trip well organized. I suggest you get there to queue half an hour before sail time especially if you want to sit on the top deck.

We had a great day on 26/08/20. The cruise to Swanage was good with lots of interesting facts being given by the crew. The scenery was spectacular.
Swanage is a lovely seaside place and we walked up towards the train station and loved the stone built houses.
The steam train was a great experience and was over too quick.
A very good trip and certainly worth the money.

Great day out. All ran really smoothly. Boat trip was fantastic, great views and was super to get off the other end and have a quick wander to the steam train. Which was ran excellently. Loved it. We got off at Corfe castle had an hour and half there and got the train back. Seats for the train booked when the trip advisor lady contacted us.

This package of the cruise and steam train was very good value for money.First l took a cruise from Poole to Swanage which incorporate the views of Brownsea Island, Harrys Rock and the Jurassic Coast.
On arrival to Swanage you dis embark the boat on to Swanage Pier and after a short walk through the high street you arrive at the train station. I then took the steam train from Swanage to Corfe Castle. I had a nice few hours here before heading back on the train to Swanage. I would highly recommend this trip.
