About
I am a local artist that has contributed a lot of murals, as the FIRST person that introduced street art walking tours in Cape town thus includes the area of Woodstock - home to the famous Old Biscuit Mill- is filled with artistic beauty on every corner. Explore the amazing street art, murals and galleries with your local guide who are experts all of the pieces you’ll explore. Engage with the local people and see how the murals brighten up Woodstock on your amazing 90-minute tour. We work together with the community and make sure we train local hosts for the benefit of the community.

Highly recommended - Zachary is a great guide!
Dec 2020
Highly recommended! The tour was great and allowed us to go deep into the streets of the beautiful and culturally rich neighbourhood of Woodstock. Through a tour of its street art, we got to know a lot about the area, its history, people, and culture. If you want to know more about Cape Town, you'd miss out by not taking this tour. Thanks a lot to Zachary for the great experience, his knowledge, and especially his passion in explaining to us so much about Woodstock!

Amazing Woodstock art tour with Shaheed
Nov 2020
Shaheed took us on what can only be called an amazing tour through Woodstock! The tour was small, just the two guests but Shaheed made it an awesome experience, personalising it to us as guests and giving us so much more than we expected, even taking us into his own home to show us his style and give us an a deeper understanding of the area's culture. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone - I am a Cape Town local, but my partner is from Pretoria and we both learned so much about the Woodstock art scene that is just about hiding in plain sight!

Mar 2020 • Couples
We were met by Bryan at Woodstock Exchange where he proceeded to take us around the neighbourhood. He was a fantastic and very knowledgable guide who was clearly interested in the art he was showing us.
Stopped at the world’s number one ice cream shop midway through and it was amazing especially on such a hot day. Would thoroughly recommend this tour and was 90minutes well spent. Some amazing artwork and Bryan was great at providing the history of the artwork and artists.

Can't be beat combo of local food and art -- local guide in his family home
Feb 2020
Our guide was Shaheed. Since this was a Sunday, we also met and cooked with his wife, K, in their home (she's out as a school teacher during the week.) And met his son Zach, another guide, in his home also.
We loved the street art of Woodstock. And the Cape Malay food was as delicious as we hoped. We could help with cooking as little or as much as we wanted. We enjoyed the cooking and learned several things, but the eating was even better. Unfortunately, on Sunday the Exchange for local artists was closed. But Shaheed took us inside and gave a great background on each artists / shopkeeper housed in the Exchange.
Sincere, honest, insightful hosts. Highly recommended. I would do it again. So, so much stuff to do in and around Cape Town. But please put this on your list.

Zac was fantastic
We were lucky to have Zac as our guide. He was so informative and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. An added bonus was the invite to his house and the privilege of meeting his family and eating his Dad's amazing samosas and chilli bites

A must for tourists and residents
Feb 2020
Just the 2 of us for this excellent tour. Our guide,Zach, was extremely knowledgable and personable. He showed us a mixture of street art, sculptures and gallery art, in his neighbourhood of Woodstock. Local, national and international artists. Pointing out details we would have missed.
And on a personal note he showed us his beautiful artful house.
Thank you Zach.

Best views of the neighborhood!
Feb 2020
This was an excellent tour with Zach, who is from and currently resides in the neighborhood. I learned a great deal from him about the history and culture of this place in addition to the amazing art scene. This will make my experience staying in Woodstock all the more memorable. I highly recommend it!
