Overview

Get up close to Niagara Falls on this boat tour that cruises from the Canadian side of the border. You’ll feel the power of the massive waterfalls as you motor past American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Horseshoe Falls—which you can view from either the interior or exterior decks (with free ponchos provided). Enjoy the trip at your convenience with frequent departures, morning through evening.

What to Expect

Meet for this Niagara Falls boat tour on Niagara Parkway.

Once you board the 700-passenger catamaran with upper and lower decks, choose to stay dry inside and view the falls from the glass windows, or to head to the outdoor decks to get splashed by the crashing falls. A poncho is provided to minimize getting wet. Snacks and drinks are available during the cruise.

Your boat first makes its way through the Niagara Gorge as it heads toward the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. For most, the highlight is getting close enough to feel the mist and hear the roar of the powerful Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

Your boat tour ends back at the same spot where it began, where you can purchase souvenirs.

Gorgeous

It’s the only word I can think of to describe the views we were able to see on this boat tour. Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous. We were given pink ponchos that got soaked as we went right under the mist. We saw some amazing sights and...More

Everyone should experience the Hornblower Niagara Cruise

We arrived at Niagara Falls around supper time but the wait was about an hour to two for this cruise and our hotel staff recommended we go at 8:30 a.m. the next morning. We caught the first boat and really enjoyed the cruise. Expect to...More

So much fun

I brought college friends to Niagara Falls and we all decided we must do this. It was fun, even on a cloudy and somewhat cool day. Because of that, it was not crowded and we basically walked right on! No lines at all in the...More

I recently brought guests from the UK to Niagara Falls and wanted to take my friend and her son on the boat ride to the Falls. My friend walks with a cane and was shocked to discover how far one has to walk to even...More

Must do

I’d say the highlight of visiting the falls was the hornblower cruise. Although short, getting that close and personal with the falls kind of takes your breath away. Nature in all its powerful glory is something everyone should experience

You can only access this one from the Canadian side. I think that the tour that operates from the U.S. side is called the Maiden of the Midst.

Hi Karen! You do not need a Passport - even if you start the tour from US side - as you do not disembark until the boat returns back to where you boarded. Enjoy and make sure to get to the front bottom for the best pics... More
