We started an extended Alaska cruise/land trip in Vancouver. We had never been there before so we needed someone to share their knowledge of the city, it's sites and history to get a feel for Vancouver. Chuck was that person. He made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we met him. He was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. We ended the tour wishing we had more time to explore Vancouver on our own, but sadly we did not. We would both love to go back. As far as the "technical" details of the tour, everything was exactly as it was represented. Chuck picked us up at our hotel, The Sutton Place, on time. In fact he was a bit early, as we were. If we had requests, he accommodated them to the extent possible. We were the only couple on this particular tour so it worked out very well. Our private tour was the best! Such a wonderful way to see Vancouver especially when you don't have many days to visit. Chuck was very knowledgeable and provided us with a fantastic look at the City with its diverse neighborhoods. Our visit to the Parks and Granville Island were wonderful. My sister had never been to Vancouver and was enthralled by the beauty and culture Chuck introduced her to. While I have been a couple of times, this tour was so special. This was an awesome tour! Our guide James was great! Super nice and very informative! The distilleries were great! If you live in the area or can visit you have to go to Madlabs distillery! I would recommend this tour to everyone!!!

Great tour.. We traveled to all of the best places around the city in comfort. Our tour guide, James, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made it a very enjoyable time. In the middle of the tour we had time to sample some of the great pastries at Granville Market while sipping a coffee on the waterfront. Well worth the price. Highly recommend this tour.
