About
The scenery between Jasper and Banff is some of the Canadian Rockies’ best, so it’s a waste not to appreciate it fully on a journey between the two. This 1-way tour lets you make the most of the attractions, with stops at the Athabasca Falls and other sights; and time at the Columbia Icefield, including its Skywalk. A picnic lunch and select hotel pickup and drop-off make the experience complete.

Fantastic way to get from Jasper to Banff
Sep 2019 • Friends
There were only three of us that made the trip but that just meant Dave could customise the trip to our interests and pace.
We received an great commentary on how the area we were travelling through was formed and all the interesting sights were pointed out and explained.
We had heaps of interesting stops and great photo opportunities including a walk on the Athabasca glacier.
Can't say enough good things about our driver Dave and how great the trip was.
Oh yes, we also saw a mama bear and her two cubs, bonus!

It was so cool. My friend and I really enjoyed the time. The guide was nice and kind. He has plenty of knowledge. It is worth more than the price. It concludes many things.
I strongly recommend this activity when you go through Jasper to Banff.

Recently experienced the non-stop information source that was our tour guide "David B" on an excellent tour from Jasper to Banff, stopping at numerous points of interest along the way. Personally the Columbia Icefields were a highlight and overall would strong recommend this tour to anyone wishing a comprehensive explanation of the Canadian Rockies along Hwy 93. Lunch included.
Very well done!

Best experience on the Ice Fields Parkway
Oct 2018 • Couples
I had read about the parkway a head of this trip, and I knew about the beauty of the experience, but Dave made the trip so much more than we had expected! My husband and I expected a beautiful view, but nothing prepared us for the amazing experience of this trip. I am a teacher, with a minor in geology, and everything Dave shared coincided with my education. Dave's passion for the environment and ecology of the area inspired me and my husband. His enthusiasm for the wildlife and environment made us curious about the area. Great experience!

Best road trip I’ve ever had!
Oct 2018 • Couples
Spectacular scenery (best views of mountains I’ve had in 50 years of skiing and hiking), great mini-stops for waterfalls, lakes and glaciers, and a really informative but friendly guide/driver Steve. We now know SO much about the pine beetle and the cycles of Nature in the Rockies we could blag our way through a TV interview on the topic (if ever necessary...). The year’s first snowfall disrupted the actual walk-on-the-glacier but, but none of us really minded as we did other things instead; Steve consulted us about what WE wanted to do and see, and spent hours in queues finding out the state of play of the tour while we visited the SkyWalk and took pictures of mountain goats...
We can’t praise Steve’s knowledge and fair-mindedness too much - I’ve certainly never heard such concerned, informed but even-handed treatment of climate change and our role in living within Nature.
Utterly recommended - but do it in summer, not winter: you wouldn’t get through!

Great way to travel Icepark Highway

Easy bookjng process off their website. Picked up from our Jasper hotel right on time. Driven safely to hotel in Banff by Sean who has to be the best driver/guide we have ever experienced. He was friendly, very informative and a smooth safe driver. His knowledge of the route, the mountains and the environment was extraordinary.
Highly recommend Sundog for their smaller coaches and more personal approach.
Thanks Sean for sharing your special magic spot with us. A truly memorable day.

We walked on the Athabasca Glacier!
Aug 2018 • Family
Great way to travel from Jasper to Banff. While it is a long 10 hour day, there is so much to see. Norm was most informative with the stories of the early development and exploration of the area. A box lunch was provided and additional food could be purchased at the Discovery Center. The ride on the Ice Explorer and actually walking on the glacier were highlights.
