This tour does everything that it promises in the description. I would have enjoyed slightly more facts and information about Chichen Itza from our guide. Ik Kil is a large cenote and the buffet was ok. The stop in Valladolid was probably a little pointless apart from taking

We booked this tour last week and I was looking forward to this the most out of the entire trip. We booked it on the first day of our vacation. We got up, got ready and headed to the front entrance of the lobby of our resort. After waiting for quite a while, I sent the

Response from Francisco V, Reservations at Chichen Itzá Ik Kil Cenote Valladolid Colonial All Fees includes
Responded 26 Nov 2019
Hello Michelle, we are really sorry for all this situation and we would like to clarify what happened for in this trip. After doing your booking we answer and confirm your tour and giving an estimated pick up time, then on 16/11/19 at 18:33 we gave to you the final pick-up time that was at 6:00 and we got your answer with the room number until 21:39 in wich in this case, we have office hours, so at that time there was no one in the office. Next day morning we went to your hotel to pick you up, but you where not on the meeting point which was the hotel entrance, not at the lobby and we understand there might be sometimes a confusion on the meeting point and we waited from 6:00 to 6:20 in the resort entrance, during this time we requested the security guards to contact your lobby so front desk can look for you inside the lobby and contact your room, but and unfortunately we never received any response from you in the room or at the lobby. We would like to let you know that we left a no show format signed with the security guards from the resort main entrance. We also have the phone call you did to us until 7:30 (out of business hours) and we did some attempts through the day directly to your phone number, room number and unfortunately you didn´t answer our phone calls or call us back. We are really sorry for the scenario presented during your vacations.

Amazing experience! Our guide and driver (Joel was the guide and Javier was the driver, both great and highly recommended) picked us up extra early to beat the crowds and it was well worth it. Joel was super knowledgeable with all things Chichen-Itza. The cenote was beautiful
