Recently experienced a city tour of Zihau with Luis and it exceeded all expectations! Luis was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing rich history, local culture, and hidden gems with such passion. From walking along the vibrant markets to visiting stunning beaches, Luis made sure we saw iconic sites and lesser know spots. Luis' insights into local traditions and cuisine made the tour not only informative but deeply immersive. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an authentic and unforgettable experience in Zihau!

I’m sorry but I do not recommend this trip because it’s not worth the price nor the experience. INSTEAD If you are already in Ixtapa/Acapulco area take the public transportation to Isla Bonita. The ferry fee is $100 pesos per person. The food served with this package is tasteless plus all additional on the island is expensive.

This tour exceeded my expectations! Luis is so knowledgeable and Freddy and Balta are absolute Angels for the work they do! Every night they are out on the beach saving baby turtles. The turtles are so tiny and cute, this was a dream come true for me! There were four of us in total and we all loved it! Luis has many other tours that sound amazing and we will do next time we’re here!

We finished our tour with Axel today, and it was so much fun. He treated us like family. We chatted the whole time while he showed us around Zihua and Ixtapa. My husband didn't want to walk too much, so Axel accommodated our request. It's a beautiful area. I would recommend the tour and having Axel as a tour guide.

We had a wonderful tour! Luis is VERY friendly, kind & knowledgeable & made this an amazing day! We had so much fun & had lots of unforgettable experiences. We loved learning about the local area from Luis. The snorkeling was a blast, the food was delicious. We loved swimming in the beach. Luis made us feel very safe & welcome. What an amazing day!

Luis was so amazing, forgot sometimes that he wasn't part of the group of friends. Felt right at home with him. He is so friendly and knowledgeable, very easy to get along with, treated us like friends. He really enjoys showing off Ixtapa and we felt safe having him take us around to so many activities.

The bus picked us up right on time and took us to the marina where we met Pablito, our tour guide. He was so Nice and friendly and shared lots of awesome historical facts while kayaking to Los Gatos. Once we got to Los Gatos we went snorkeling and had a fantastic time and saw a ton of fish! And cool historical items under the water. Lastly we walked the beach and enjoyed a delicious lunch that was prepared. As the tour ended our questions were answered and many suggestions were given about things to do around Zihua. So fun! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! Luis was an incredible guide who made us feel so safe, comfortable, and taken care of while kayaking and snorkeling. He was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about the animals and environment. He guided us in the water with a floating board while snorkeling and showed us so many cool things we would have never gotten to experience if we had done it alone. He also took photos and videos underwater and sent them to us which was a real treat! The kayaking was very relaxing on the calm waters and it was so lovely to see the whole bay from the ocean. We loved it so much that we booked another excursion with Luis for two days later with our friends for a snorkeling excursion to Manzanillo Bay that was breathtaking - couldn’t recommend Luis enough! It’s clear he loves what he does and the whole experience was simply priceless. Definitely the highlights of our trip.

Luis was a wonderful tour guide. He was very informative, funny and helpful. He led us on a short hike on Ixtapa island and stayed with us in the ocean while we snorkeled, telling us the names of the fish and making sure we all stayed safe. After lunch, he showed us crocodiles, iguanas and native birds in their natural habitat. He spoke excellent English and we learned a lot on the ride to and from our destination. We would definitely hire him again next time we are in Zihuatanejo!

After a day in Zihuatanejo my friend and I thought it would be a good idea to take this tour to get familiarized with the area. She had been to Ixtapa many years ago and wanted to see how it had changed. We booked the tour and had Pablo as our guide. We were so pleased with the entire morning and it gave us a great overview of the area. Pablo was a great tour guide, spoke excellent English, answered all our questions and gave us such interesting facts about both cities and the history. Best thing we did!

Luis was top notch! He took us to Ixtapa Island and made special stops both there and back, that made the entire experience more rich. Luis had his son by his side and the young man was the kindest and most helpful young man I’ve ever encountered in Mexico! We would recommend Luis and a day in Ixtapa Island 500 million times!

We visited Zihuantanejo with a large group and were lucky enough to find Luis. We had Luis take us on several excursions including the Archeology Tour, the ATV Tour, the Turtle Release, and the Snorkeling Tour. We had a great time on each one of them. We had a lot of moving pieces in our arrangements (people coming and going, signing up for excursions then changing their mind, deciding at the last minute to go on an excursion with the group, etc.). Through all of our chaos and change, Luis was accommodating and helpful. We never felt like we were inconveniencing him (though I'm sure we did at least once or twice). Luis and his employees arrived early or on time for every excursion. They offered help into and out of the vans, carried luggage, translated when needed, and so much more. They have a deep knowledge of the area and the history and have a seemingly endless list of connections. Luis's prices are excellent and we found that he provided a lot of extras that no one else could offer. We also used Luis to get us to and from the airport and his prices were exceptional there as well. By the time we left Zihuantanejo, we felt like we had made a friend for life in Luis. It made us sad to say goodbye to him and Francisco. We intend to return (hopefully soon) and, when we do, we will try all of the excursions that we didn't get to do this time. In summary, Luis made our vacation a phenomenal experience. We spent multiple days with him and enjoyed every single one of them. We will definitely look up Luis the next time we're in the area. If you're looking for excursions in Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo you will be very happy if you choose to work with Luis.

We had a wonderful experience on this bicycle tour. Pablo our guide was friendly and very knowledgable about the area. We were picked up on time from our hotel by Luis. He had a selection of bikes for all sizes and in very good condition. We rode through gated communities in Ixtapa and through a lovely trail in the rain forest to Playa Linda. We stopped and enjoyed eating coconut and mangoes. Overall a great experience.

Pablo was a fantastic guide on a lovely day seeing around Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo and Playa Blanca. It was really good to get out of town and see some more of life in Mexico outside the most touristic spots. The coconut farm and the lunch at the beach were especially memorable. Would highly recommend.

We booked this tour for our first day, which was a great idea. We got a great understanding of the city, learned about the culture and tasted delicious food along the way. Our guide Luis was so kind. Highly recommend.
