Amazing ride
Mar 2021 • Family
Amazing experience- the tour guides made it so easy for my 6 year old daughter to feel comfortable and confident on the horse with me. The horses were sweet and calm, and the tour took us through the most gorgeous place on earth. Would do it again!

Jul 2019 • Family
We went on the sunset tour and it was awesome! The horses were beautiful and tame. They appeared to be well taken care of and our guides knew all them and their personalities. I was nervous at first but Chris our guide assured me that he gave me the laziest horse available lol. His name was Twister. So funny .... every once in a while Chris would have to give Twister a little whistle to keep up which was right up my ally 😀 the ride was so beautiful... the sunset , beach and national park .... just gorgeous!! Thank you guys for a wonderful time. Hey Chris just Marry that girl !!!!!! 😀😀😀😀😀

Exceeded expectations
This excursion is a great way to explore the desert and island. The tour guides were knowledgeable animal lovers who were also patient with humans. Gramma loved the adventure just as much as the kids. Awesome quality family time.

Their horses bite guests
May 2019 • Couples
My husband and I booked this tour as part of our honeymoon in May. We figured a sunset beach tour would be romantic and would be a good way to see another part of the island.
We were picked up by our hotel on time and stopped to get a few other guests before being taken to the ranch. Once there they gave everyone water, made us sign waivers and fitted anyone who needed one a helmet. They did offer helmets to everyone. We were then taken to the horses and they gave us a quick safety speech. In this safety speech they mentioned that the horses should not get next to each other because it would make the horses want to run (which is bad enough), they said nothing about the horses not getting along.

We started the ride and the horses were nicely in a line. It is worth mentioning that there were two little girls on our trip, maybe 7 and 9, and they were very new to being around horses. The guides stopped us before going into the park to check everyones stirrups and the horses got themselves out of line a bit. My horse went around the horse that was in front of us and then wandered off to the side to eat some plants. Other peoples horses moved around too. Well when we went to get back in line by horse tried to cut off the 9 year old's horse and the horses started fighting! I tried to hold my horse back but I didn't have much room and there were cacti on my other side. The horses start biting at each other and in the process of this my leg gets bit! I immediately screamed and told the guides what happened (it really hurt!). Their response was to laugh and say " oh that other horse is a racist, it didn't like your white horse!". They never even came over to look at my leg which immediately started swelling and turning purple. My leg was throbbing the whole rest of the 2 hour ride.
The guides stopped us again before hitting the beach to warn us that the horses might try to run. When they stopped us the horses all got out of line again. I asked the guide if he could help me get my horse back in line so I don't get bit again and his response was " well the horse that bit you is 2 ahead of you, so its fine" and then he trotted away.
While on the beach they didn't even let us off our horse to take any pictures. I have no nice beach sunset pictures of my husband and I on our horses which is disappointing.
When we were finally almost finished this horrible trip we got to the paved road leading to the ranch. There are trees off to the side and the horses kept stopping to try and eat from the trees. This means that once again we got out of line. The horse that bit me (ridden by a little girl) ended up right next to me again and I was terrified because it shouldn't be on this 9 year old to control this horse. The guide saw the 2 horses near each other and did nothing about it. Also the horse being ridden by her sister who was about 7 had also tried to kick and bite someone during this time. When we finally made it back to the ranch there was a nice girl who came over and helped me keep my horse away from others as it had tried to go after someone else while they were putting the horses away (I was able to stop it in time).
Another person on the trip asked for an ice pack for my swollen leg and they gave him a water bottle. When he said it was for me they said "oh we thought it was for your daughter". The guides never asked if I was ok or apologized for their horse biting me! My leg was bruised and swollen for weeks following this, but I'm glad it wasn't worse and didn't get infected.
Also I think it is worth mentioning that the 7 year old girl on our trip was very scared the whole time and the guides also did nothing to help her out.

We regret that you were bitten by one of our horses. Horses like people have their own personalities, with likes and dislikes. Just as some people get along and others don’t, the same applies to horses. Our guides make it a point to tell you to stay in line because the horses are put in an order. Some horses like to be in the front and do not like to be passed. It is my understanding that you got out of line more than once and were going from the back to the front, and the guide told you several times to please stay in line to avoid any mishaps. After you were bitten the guide asked you multiple times if you were ok and you kept saying “I'm fine”. How were they to know you were not fine then if you did not tell them at the time?

Our group of six was well looked after and had a memorable tour, highly recommended. The sunset tour was about the right length if you do not ride all the time.

Awesomely trained horses
Nov 2018 • Family
My family had a fantastic ride on their AWESOMELY trained horses, so well trained that our 6 year old rode solo!! Our guide (and son of the manager) David did an excellent job in taking our family on the sunset and beach tour. Unfortunately, we missed the true sunset as David had got stuck in traffic on way to pick us up at the cruise terminal but seeing Aruba at night was a blast!! We greatly enjoyed and will take another tour the next time we stop at Aruba!
