We had a flawless trip into the Dominican Republic with this company so I will give them that. On the way back our flight was delayed and as a reputable company they should be tracking your flight and changing your transport accordingly. Once I found out my flight was delayed I called immediately. The company refused to change my transport time and told me that I would be charged as a no-show and asked me if I would like to rebook? Anyone reading this would you rebook with a company that just charged you a no-show for a delayed flight? This place is nothing more than a glorified taxi stand and I would not recommend them to anybody if they treat their customers like this.

During the past weekend we did have a couple of incidents due to high traffic at the airport.
Wee would love to talk to you and understand what happened, and make the necessary corrections in our operations so ensure this doesn't happen.

Round trip Private shuttle from PUJ airport to resort and for the return trip after several email attempts and chat attempts, and phone call during business house 9a-6p no change was made for the airport return pickup which would have gotten us to the airport 7 hours prior to departure. After hours emails don’t help you out when it’s time, the driver showed up anyway in the morning after several emails were left and phone operator said that he never received any emails. T Gree methods of contact in the text message, but no help after hours when it’s suppose to be 24 hours support and no response yet since requesting a refund for the cancellation of the pickup. Terrible

We selected the VIP Arrival package and we were met by a very professional young woman (I believe her name was Camilla) whose English was impeccable. Camilla ushered us through Immigration and customs and handed us off to another extremely pleasant woman who took our bags and contacted our driver Reimon. The car pickup area was incredibly hectic so the service provided was invaluable. Once we were in Reimon’s capable hands we had a very pleasant and comfortable ride to the resort in Cap Cana. Reimon’s vehicle was clean and comfortable and he offered water and soda. There was a bit of traffic heading to Cap Cana so the ride was slightly longer than 15 minutes but I hardly noticed because Reimon and I were enjoying discussing baseball and some of the great Dominican players in MLB. I hope we will be lucky enough to have Reimon as our departure driver!
One note about Transekur. I tried calling several times over several days to confirm how the VIP service worked (the emails are for the normal pickup instructions rather than VIP so created some confusion) but was never able to get through to confirm how it worked. So if you have Questions about the VIP arrival service, don’t worry, they basically take you by the hand as you exit the plane and deliver you to your driver who will deliver you to your destination. All in a very pleasant and professional manner.

Extremely easy to book. Vehicle was immaculate, driver was friendly and not overly talkative (which I prefer). We used this company to take us from resort to airport. We used DAT to go from airport to resort, and promptly cancelled our return trip reservation. This company is much more responsive, easier to book, and I especially liked how there were no hidden charges or reservation conflicts (unlike DAT which had a lot).

We used this company both ways from the airport to our resort. Both drivers were excellent - Felt extremely safe in the vehicle and driving was impeccable. Webster (I am terrible with names so I believe that was his name) made the trip quite enjoyable as his English was excellent and shared things about the island.

Most stressful thing when vacationing: getting from point A to point B (particularly when you don’t speak the language). Enter Transekur. We had a VIP arrival at Santo Domingo. We were met at the airport as we got off the plane, whisked to the VIP lounge where we sipped drinks while our bags were claimed & the picked up to be delivered to our hotel by our English speaking driver, Eduardo. No stress. No crowds. No lines. Eduardo was also our driver during a tour of the city with Manuel (also highly recommend) and for our drive to the Hilton La Romana. When it was time to head home, we were picked up by Erich (who also speaks fluent English). We had great conversation about his country & baseball on the was back to the airport. The perfect end to the perfect trip.
If you are planning a trip to the DR, spend the extra $$ and save yourself the headache & aggravation and use Transekur for your transportation needs. You won’t regret it.

Service was exactly as described. Fast and efficient, with very friendly service. It was exactly what we wanted after landing from a 4 hour flight. Will definitely use again. Beating a bus load of passengers to check in made it even better.

This company was excellent with their communication prior to our arrival, including giving us the name and picture of our driver. Isaac was wonderful. He was friendly, polite, and professional on our transport from Punta Cana International airport to our hotel. The car was spotless and roomy. We’ll be using this company, and hopefully Isaac will our driver again on our return trip to the airport.

Brilliant pick up and drop off service from the airport to the resort and back - can’t fault anything with the level of service provided. My reasons for rating them average is due to them not fulfilling the VIP fast track service I paid for. Abysmal response and I’m still waiting on a refund a week later despite being told it’s being processed! Use them for transportation needs and forget the rest; although their response on reimbursement for the VIP service leaves me with a bad taste. I may use another service when I return to Punta Cana

I ordered transportation for our vacation to La Romana a month or so before my trip. Transekur kept in touch with me through both emails and text messages. I felt confident that things would work out. A few days before my trip, I received an email explaining exactly where to go once we arrived at the Punta Cana airport. When my plane landed I had a text message with the name of my driver and that he was waiting for me. I walked up to the Transekur desk, and a nice woman took my name and brought me to my driver and super clean SUV that was waiting for me. My driver was nice and told us about things as we were driving to the resort. Before my vacation was over, I received another text message telling me what time they would pick me up at the resort. Again, another text with the driver's name was received a couple of hours before pickup time. He was there early, verified with me where we were going, and we were on our way.

How can I get in touch with them?? I’ve made several attempts at contacting them to change a reservation for next week and have been unable to reach anyone through phone numbers, email, chat on the website, Facebook, etc. I’m close to canceling because I can’t get ahold of anyone for the last week!
