It was my first time and it's surprisingly easy. The guide (Moman?) explained and showed very good how it works and took me even over uneven surfaces very carefully. On the track he made some stops to show me hidden secrets of the forest. It was absolutely worth to spend the time and the money and I would actually do it again if I come to Storms River again.

Kay our guide was without doubt the most friendly, knowledgable and passionate guide we’ve ever had the fortune of spending time with. We were running a little late and Kay was so accommodating in making sure we still got our 2 hour tour conducted. The level of safety briefing and Segway advice and guidance was exemplary throughout. Plenty of artistic photo stops merged with local history of the area and the environment and wildlife, made this tour a pure pleasure to attend. Well worth a booking! Was the best 2 hours tour. We have done the 1 hour before which was just as amazing. But the 2 hours was so gorgeous, so much information and the guides are great. We will be visiting again very soon.

Very nice and friendly staff, Kayshon was our guide for the morning, he was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, did a great job explaining everything, answering questions, guiding us safely, even took us for an extra ride a little further than usual. But the tour route was a little limited, we did suggest that perhaps an additional option could be added for anyone that would like something a little more scenic, apart from the beautiful indigenous forest.

Great ride and safety was a key issue. Madoc put in every effort to make the ride enjoyable. Took great pictures of us and even made a small video of us riding the sedgeways.

We were a group of 9 people including two seven year olds. We had an absolutely outstanding time for nearly 2.5 hours. Madom our guide was amazing and took such good care of our safety. The forest was so beautiful and we learnt a lot from Madom. Highly recommend we ALL loved it!!!!

Our tour guide, Kayshauwn, had a lot of knowledge and patience. He took his time explaining everything with us. We really enjoyed the tour. Although we didn't experience the full tour of the forest due to harvesting, we were still well accommodated for.

This was an amazing adventure with my brother and friend. Full of amazing sightings and littered with historical facts. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience.

I decided to spend some money I was given for my birthday on an experience I'd long wanted to have - and the hour-long Segway adventure didn't disappoint! Our Guide was Madom and he was brilliant. Safety is paramount and so we didn't set out from the centre until we'd practised for 15 minutes and he was confident we were proficient. He was attentive and patient throughout and constantly reminded us what to do. You aren't allowed to take photos while you're riding the Segway but he offered to take both photos and a short video of us. A really memorable 70th birthday present!

A great experience and good fun for all. Our guide was amazing and it was an all round fun day out. The ride through the forest was a truly amazing. Can highly recommend this activity!
