The Abseil team are located just outside the top cable way station, just off to the right. *** Please note: Table Mountain Cableway is closed for maintenance between 15 July and 1 September '24. Hike up is available****

The staff are super friendly and patient and go beyond all expectations to make you feel comfortable while abseiling down the cliff face. What a great adventure. The crew were very professional and kind. You abseil from the top of table mountain down a sheer rock face then hit the ‘surprise’ that literally takes your breath away. Don’t miss this!!

Absolutely fabulous experience - loved every moment. Felt very safe and in capable hands! Would do it again in a heartbeat! The views are incredible - the "hardest" part is the hike back to the top!

If you're travelling to Cape Town, you have to do this. Absolutely Amazing Abseiling down Table Mountain, experiencing the amazing view of the ocean, nature and the surroundings while having that adrenaline rush. The staff are very helpful and know exactly what they are doing. They also make the experience more fun. I would definitely do this again
