I bought an Empro triangula brow pencil with 2 refills from duty free shop during my flight from Bangkok to JB on 23/3/18. This was my first time buying on board. I wasn't asked to check the product. I checked the brow pencil but not the refills. I found out one of the refills was empty when I reached home....

I booked a seat in 1C for extra leg-room and in order to stretch out and sleep on a flight from KL to Chennai and I was impressed by their friendly service. Meals are reasonably good value (and tasty) and the price on these sectors is very competitive.

Hi Travelling from South Africa via Qatar and then took a local flight to JB with Air Asia. The airport itself was the hardest, most confusing airport. From the international section you have to buy a pink train ticket to get from the international section to the domestic section, once you there, easy peasy no hassle. The airline itself is...

We had a great and smooth for both transit flights from Sin-Kul-LGK-Sin. I'm a frequent travellers of AirAsia since 2017 to most of destination in Malaysia and Indonesia. It's highly recommended for budget travellers. It's is convenient online check-in, skip the Q and no hassle to re-print boarding pass at AirAsia kiosk in airport. Friendly cabin crews and ground staff....

First time to fly Air Asia and was pleasantly surprise that booking a flight was relatively easy as their web site is user friendly. Prices also are reasonable and lower than other airlines. On line Check in was also easy. Come boarding time, I observed that they follow a boarding protocol which they really try to implement which made the...

A disclaimer - I am not a fussy traveler. I know what to expect when it comes to flying a budget airline. However, when a flight that was supposed to have taken off at 7.35pm ends up taking off at 9.15pm, I will naturally get irritated. Because it was Ramadhan fasting month, my wife and I decided to pre-book our...

Air Asia's tickets are cheaper compare to non-promotional period for other flights, but then the seats are narrow and for a bigger size person, it will be hard to sit in unless you purchase the hotseats which is the front row or the row near to the emergency exit.

I always fly Air Asia because affordability to me is what matters most when travelling. You basically get what you pay for on this airline. On the plus side, it gets you where you want to be. On the down side, the domestic / connecting flights are almost always delayed for at least 30 minutes at a time.
