Worth for the money. They are very professional. I enjoyed the flight because it had alot of legroom which is a big thing for me. I'll most definitely fly with them again.

Appalling service. Lack of respect by staff members. Lack of concern by the whole company for their poor service, inefficiency and lack of transparency and open communication. And they leave the wrong people to face the crowds of angry customers and receive all the anger and frustration. Disgusting...

Smooth ride and regular updates from the pilot. I had a window seat so there was quite a view to take in. Will always choose Mango for an domestic flight.

Easy to do online booking. Download the app and do online Check in. Drop bags at the drop and go and show mobile boarding pass. I have flown Mango 3 times in the last 3 months and flights were always on time. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Lanseria to Cape Town and back and both late, the latter 85min and not once at Cape Town was any reason given for the delay. Cannot help to feel that they cannot be bothered about you. Landing at Cape Town the roughest that I have ever experienced and I made the remark that they most probably won't be able to...

Terrible service on Flight: JE145 - Johannesburg (JNB) - Cape Town (CPT) - 15 JAN 2019 - 14:05. The que for boarding had formed. As boarding time got closer no mention of delays. As it became time to board the two ladies handling boarding mentioned that the flight had just landed and that we are delayed. Nothing was displayed on...

Travelling from Cape Town to Bloemfontein is challenging, with only 1 flight per day. Mango is the only airline offering this service from Cape Town and I have found them very reliable.
