Canadian low-cost carrier WestJet Airlines (WS) is the country's second largest airline. Along with its regional subsidiary WestJet Encore, the airline flies to about 90 destinations. These include destinations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe. The airline also has codeshare arrangements with more than a dozen other carriers. WestJet operates airplanes with all Economy Class seating. Passengers can opt for certain fares (known as Plus) that offer preferred seating in the front of the plane with extra legroom. Customer service is ridiculously useless

I am so unhappy with the customer service I received today. I reserved the wrong flight and asked for them to adjust it. No one was willing to do it. I asked to speak with a supervisor who was absolutely no help and told me that he will hang up the phone on me when I asked to speak with someone hire then him. I am so disappointed on the service I received today via phone. I fly with west jet often - and it is unfortunate that they would need to even attempt to assist me. Flights with west jet is not cheap and the fact that they were not willing to help me is ridiculous.

Do Better! A seven hour flight with no comfort!!!

Here is the thing! Where,how do you speak to someone about your flight! We were on flight 2227 March 10th flying from Mo Bay to Calgary! The plane we were told was from Lynx air! The seats had no recline, no headrest and hard as rock seat!! All of this for a 7 hour flight! Westjet use to care about the people but now it seems its just about the money! And the money we put out to fly was not cheap at all!! Do better! Everyone on that flight deserves a little something!! We were told that plane was not meant for an international flight!

Blames airport facilities instead of taking responsibility

I book a flight home for my brother's funeral. West jet cancelled 3 times and made no attempt after the third time to fix the situation. I originally booked 3 days earlier. After numerous calls I finally found an agent that attempted to help. The only thing they offer was to get me part way home. Leaving me to figure out the rest. I essentially had to pay someone to drive in less than desirable weather during a storm to pick me up 8 hours away from where I paid WestJet to get to. I ended up arriving at destination 1 hour before my brother's funeral. Instead of three days prior like originally planned. I filled out the appr for some sort of rebate considering they couldn't get me home. They denied my application stating it was the "airport facilities" and no fault of their own However, being at the airport and seeing almost every other airline fly in and out seems like just an excuse for west jet. I am so disgusted This is also NOT the first time I have had issues with West jet. They're lack of responsibility is a high deterrent for ever wanting to use their airline again, or ever wanting to recommend them.

I bought a flight ticket in this application on March 10. The flight was canceled and I was not notified about it and the mobile application did not show any update about my flight, but the check-in did not work either. So I realized that something was wrong and arrived at the airport earlier and it turned out that there was a strike in Frankfurt and all flights were canceled, I lost a lot of money and time because of westjet. When I contacted support, they said they cant help me because my flight is operated by other airlines. I didn’t get any refund and i talked to my lawyer and he said that i paid here so westjet is responsible for my money. Since support denied me three times, me and my lawyer are going to sue WestJet. Dont buy tickets here if you dont have time for the courts

Canadian airliners (Westjet and AirCanada) are Terrible

Generally speaking, Canadian Airliners (Westjet & AirCanada) do not offer a good quality of service and also price are not affordable at all, several times got delayed flights with Westjet, and it just keep happening
