What a disappointment. This used to be a quality airline. Food,Bathrooms,Entertainment,seats all terrible but forgiveable. This was the first time both myself and my travel buddy flew with Singapore airlines. We were extremely happy with all aspects of the service. I'm not sure what went wrong on this flight but the food and service was awful. We upgraded at the airport and were so sorry. We spoke glowingly of our flight to SA in economy but our upgrade was dreadful. Check out my breakfast croissant

We have flown Business Class from Singapore to Perth, Auckland to Singapore and Singapore to Heathrow and just superb. The seats are huge, service is faultless, food is wonderful and entertainment etc is just great, only way to fly.

Everything is good and up to expectation except the food is quite a disappointment, maybe short distance flight's food is not something that is important during the flight
