Accept it is a budget airline but no reason for some staff to be so negative and to have such a lack of food/drinks on board. Chief steward on way out was very negative and over-ruled team when they tried to be more helpful. On way back, despite being in row 7 had already run out of various drinks when...

Leg room not as bad as thought it would be....they changed flight home from 1330hrs then again to around 1100hrs then again to 0610hrs. No email telling us of this only found out when checking flights again then having to print new boarding passes...Handbag sizes are ridiculous far too small but at the airport other people seemed to have large...

It was an average flight. Fast boarding. I didn´t see the employees trying to fine people with the luggage (perhaps because of the new politics).

Having worked our way through t he labyrinthine complexities of exactly how much and what shape luggage we could carry, we then found that we had to pay £56 more for the privilege of sitting together... Ryanair really does seem to charge every possible extra it can Slightly less comfortable than the average bus journey, with cabin staff working really...

As promised it a no frills, cheap airline. Can’t argue with that. However the new baggage policy is ridiculous. You now have to pay to bring carry on bags on board and for priority boarding. However now that everyone is paying, everyone gets priority boarding so now there really is no such thing as priority. The flight itself was on...

Aircraft had not been properly cleaned. The management of the queue at boarding , was, as usual , chaotic. The position of the priority queue switched 3 times in 20 minutes.Despite taking off 40 minutes late , we still, mysteriously , managed to arrive at scheduled time. Ryanair are disingenuous when they make the claim 88% of their flights arrive...

Having read all the reviews and comments of RyanAir, we didn't expect much and that was that. BUT we thought if we downloaded the RyanAir app that we did not need to PRINT OUT our BOARDING PASS. We were hopping around hostels during the week we used RyanAir and panicked, but the kind hostel let us print it out so...

Flying with Ryanair is ok as long as you don't expect much. We flew as a three, they gave us all middle seats on three seperate rows, behind each other. It's got to be harder to split a group of 3 than put you together. On our return flight they put our 12 year old in a wing seat, even...

This company is unbelievable. Their website is down for check-in with errors. So had to go to airport they still charged us for late check-in. Someone needs to sue them. There is a difference between being a budget airline but then trying to rob people with little tricks and think that consumers are idiots! Last time flying!
