It was my first time flying with Qatar Airways. I was surprised about the service they gave me even for an economy class passenger. The places with extra legroom ware good. The food was even better for airplane food.. Also the service in between meals was very good.

With the change up in size from Airbus 350 to Airbus 380 on this route we were concerned that us mere humans would become just a number. We had transited at Dohar after arriving from Edinburgh on a Dreamliner 787 so the bar was set high. It was the opposite, cabin staff even more friendly and flexible about meal times...

The "business class" on our flight from Zanzibar to Doha was bellow any reasonable expectation for this type of travel class. We were placed in the front row of the Airbus A320, which is particularly unpleasant, as it even lacks enough leg room for an average height person like myself (6'0). It was quite uncomfortable to sit normally, so I...

Excellent services. Crew always available to determine if passengers needs were satisfied. Comfortable socks were provided and helped ease jet lag. Great meal and frequencycling for the correct meal time. Information regarding turbulence and weather conditions at the place of connection and destination was communicated to satisfaction.

It was a very peaceful trip considering the length of the trip. The stopovers in Rome and Abu Dhabi were very calm and without major problems.

Impeccable service from start to finish. Latest aircraft equipped with everything a customer requires for a long journey. Qatar business class outshine every other airline i have used. The stop at Doha was seemless and the lounge impressive. I highly recommend if you are planning a long haul trip.

Flew the first leg on a wide bodied airbus which had reasonable seat and leg space for me, 6'2". I enjoyed the flight. The second leg was on a dreamliner and it's definetly no dream being on this. Small seat, little leg space and very narrow isles. I wont fly on one of these again. Service was good and pretty...

Luxury all the way - from the seats, to the food, to the service. Little details - like toothbrushes, shavers, Godiva chocolate, pjs - combined with the big details - champagne, movies, delicious food choices, and seats which became beds, and a lovely male attendant who brought me ice cream for breakfast made this a trip to remember.

We travelled directly vis Doha. The business class is outstanding with the bar in the 380 an experience to behold. The staff on board were amazing and they could not have been more helpful, courteous or professional. Get your tickets nine months in advance and the cost is not that outrageous. Highly recommended if you can afford it.
