I like flying with PAL now as they give competitive prices now. An excellent package with bigger leg space, meal, and tvbox with a lower price compared to other airlines is a deal to catch. Definitely get a PAL flight if you are bound from MNL to KL. It is worth it.

Our tickets was booked by a third party. It said we can have 4 kg personal items and 7 kg hand carry. As per the counter they don't know why it is put there but we have only 7 kg to take on the plane. They made us buy another bag to split our items. We asked if we can...

I would like to add to my previous review. I failed to mention the food. The food is very good for airline food. From and to the States you get 3 meals and a snack. You get a choice of two entrees on two of the meals. The entertainment is good with lots of options. Plus you have a USB...

The flight was pleasant. It would have been better if they served the 2nd meal as snack rather than full meal. For such long flight, they should collect garbage more often considering you have very tight seats.

Highly impressed by the business class product on the A350. PAL is way better in all aspects - hard and soft - than British Airways, so I am going to compare it with my favourite Skytrax 5* airline EVA Air. So, in comparison with EVA, the new A350 is quieter and more comfortable than the 777. PAL service may not...

We only flew with Phillipines Airlines for a flight that took 1 1/2 hours but it was very good. As much water provided as needed, free snack and free newspaper. Would recommend

I would not recommend Phillipines airlines. We waited at the airport for 8hrs to be told that our flight was cancelled. In that time they did not give us any updates and when we asked ground staff they just said it was delayed and they didn't know. Then when they said it was cancelled we had to queue for another...
