I was anxious whether this airline was safe and good enough to travel but I found it was very good with airplane looked quite new and staff very kind and helpful. I was rather surprised when I was offered a small bottle of water and a cup of tea.

We flew that airline twice. Overall, it delivers on value for ,only paid, but only if you are careful about pYing in advance for extras like overweight luggage. If you follow their dircetives, no problem, but if your cabin luggage or other luggage is over the weight limit, then it can be a pain. There is scant legroom (I assume...

The cancelled our flight twice because of flying lanterns at Roi Kratong. Stupid because they know this for ages. Also a very bad service.

It took me around 10 tries to successfully book a flight for myself and my husband on the nok website. When I reviewed my confirmation, I realized the site had registered my name for both tickets instead of one for myself and one for my husband. Customer service was unrelenting in insisting that I pay a name change fee despite...

While I don't like budget airlines, the no frills Nok Air did the job perfectly. On time, clean friendly staff who were helpful to a partly handicapped me.. A welcome surprise was that there was enough space for my knees (I'm quite tall).

I have flown them many times now and we have never had a delay or any issues with our bagage. The staff are very helpful and professional. I would recommend them over Air Asia when traveling in Thailand.

We had no trouble and found the airline and its staff to be efficient and good quality. We made sure to arrive at Don Mueang with plenty of time to spare, and only queued for about 5 minutes at check in. Do make sure that your bag does not excede the 15 kg allowance, which probably catches many travellers by...
