Short flight from Addis Ababa to Nairobi and since it was such a short flight; there was nothing interesting to report. Originally booked for biz class back to BKK / HKG from Nairobi but last minute change of plan meant paid a penalty for no show. Basically a sound airline with good value....

During our recent trip to Madagascar, we took 4 long international flights with Kenya Airways (BOM-1-NBO-2-TNR-3-NBO-4-BOM) The flights were clean, well-maintained,professionally managed and equipped with excellent in-flight entertainment options.

Its good in service, Intime take off and landing. Good ground staff members. But Khartoum office service is very poor, and cant help or answer for any thing. Khartoum customer care is like to shut down the communication very fast without answering or co-operating the passenger.

Pleasantly surprised at how far Kenya Airways has come. I travelled business class from London to Nairobi and back in October 2016 and was shocked at how mediocre the service, food, entertainment was compared to business class in other leading airlines. I travelled with them in October and November this year in business class and everything was excellent! Keep it...

This is the second time I tried Kenya Airways Business class. A fairly low priced product with one advantage a bed. The food is horrible as economy class of of Emiriates is First Class. The crew friendly but not very customer friendly. The entertainment program is the worst I experienced on recent flights. A positive point is that the airplane is...

The tickets were reasonable, they have a small selection of movies to watch on board, the food was not bad at all and the hosts were polite/accommodating. Most of our flights were on time and the seats were fairly comfortable with enough leg room. Highly recommended for flights between African countries.

Kenya Airways managed to loose one of our bags on the flight from Johannesberg to Nairobi on the 23rd of October We were flying out for a safari early the next morning so it was essential to locate the bag which contained my wifes bush wear. The staff could not have been less helpful if they tried. A lost bag...
