We spent 5 + 9 hours in the air and received very good service. The staff is always having a smile to you. They are even more nice with the kids. Kid meal with name tag, a small bag with workbook and other stuff, and many more nice things to make the time fly.

I love Emirates airlines. We have flown them before to Dubai and the service is remarkable. Comfortable business seats. We have flown first class and it is over the top. I can't answer for the economy section but business and first class are wonderful. So much better than some of the other airlines. Food is ok but then I'm a...

Back in the day Emirates baggage allowance for Economy was 32Kg... it's now only 20Kg. The only good thing about this is that it corresponds to Kalula hold allowance so no need to worry when booking a Kalula connection. You now have to pay for seat selection if you select a seat before check-in as well. Having said all that,...

We had a 2 years old baby . We was worry before the long distance flight but it was better than we expected. The flight attendants were very careful with passengers, especially baby. They gave toys and took picture of our baby. It such a nice experience.

We enjoyed a very comfortable flight from KL to Dubai flying Emirates Business Class. The seats are very comfortable and a mattress is provided for extra comfort. A menu was given for lunch, snacks, cocktails and wines. The food was very tasty. I found the flight attendants very friendly and helpful. Service was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend...

After a good week of long walks and having an overnight flight, I had some miles for an upgrade which I did use. Boarding cues could've been more organized for such a busy flight but overall it was ok. As soon as we reached cruising altitude; put my chair straight, the laid a memory foam mattress on top and I...

Emirates flight crew great as always - years ago being a flight stewardess seemed to be a glamerous position to have but nowdays these girls reallly work hard and are pulled in all directions by customer wanting things ASAP. Emirates crew are really professional and helpful as well as making sure everyone is well cared for on their flights. I...
