The checkin was smooth. However, the flight left a little late As a conseqquence we had very little time to make our connecting flight. The seats were okay. The food was not good. My wife is vegetarian and had specifically asked for vegetarian food but it was not there.

I flew with Emirates in 2014 and couldn't say enough good things about the flight and the service. It has definitely gone downhill since then. First we had nearly an hour delay because they couldn't get a shipment out of the hold and had to include it on the flight to JFK necessitating a new flight plan. The flight attendants...

The quality of the experience declined as it progressed. The Emirates lounge at Heathrow was fine, with exceptional service and a great choice of food and refreshment, and it was lovely to board virtually straight from the lounge. On boarding, the standard of service dipped; the cabin crew’s welcome was dour at best, and my attempt to have something other...

I found Emirates to be disappointing. Found you needed to ask for water or drinks whereas on many previous flights with Singapore, they were constantly making sure everyone was hydrated. Hate 777 planes, much prefer 380’s. Had a difficult passenger sitting next to me, who was like a contortionist in her seat and part of mine! Vegetarian but didn’t tell...

For families worrying about stopping over with young kids on a long flight, we went from London through Dubai to Singapore with a one hour layover time, and it was excellent. There was a service manager who met us as we walked off the plane in Dubai, and he lead us through the airport directly to our next gate. It...

They are an airline I will always travel with. When the flight is delayed, they make sure you don't miss your connecting flight. They delay your connecting flight and make sure their is an official to welcome you as soon as you step out of the plane and lead you to your flight. I was really impressed

It was a smooth flight - it left Dubai on time at 10:15am and 13 hours and 30 minutes later landed at Sydney on time at 6:45 am on 19 October. There was almost no turbulence, which might be attributable to a flight path over the Nullabor, instead of over Central Australia. It was a full flight - I counted...

Travelling Business Class was an excellent experience as the first flight from Auckland to Dubai was close to 17 hours duration. After a 3 hour transit stop we then had a 6 hour flight on to Prague. Both flights + the transit in the Business Class lounge were seamless and the service both in the air and on the ground...

On time flight with decent food and pretty roomy seats. Flight attendants were OK. The overall experience was pretty good but probably not at the high level that I keep hearing about. Would not pay more money for it than say Qantas.
