This flight was round trip and fun in both directions. Here is a list. You walk across the pavement to the plane. Attendants take your carry on to put with the luggage because they cannot risk turbulence bouncing the carry on around the cabin. During taxi out you may be behind a big plane and looking up at the tail...

Smooth flight. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Friendly service. The price is so reasonable considering the time saved travelling...it only took 40 minutes and cost 68 dollars total one way.

Friendly attentive service...no extra fees or hidden costs, just reliable on-time flights. Love the commuter coupons book.

Be warned that regardless of what time you get to the airport (Chicago O’Hare International) and that even though all other airlines recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours before your flight, there will not be an Cape Air agent to check you in until an hour before the flight so you are out of luck until then since...

They get nervous even if you are just minutes late to check-in and will call. The plane is too small for carry-on, so plan ahead. The flight I had sat 8 passengers, no bathroom, seats did not recline, but is was only about 70 minutes, so not a big deal. It is crazy loud in the cabin, could not hear...

Wonderful to take this small aircraft into the mountains and to be able to see the lakes and forests on your way there. Also nice to be in the middle of the Adirondacks when you land. Small friendly airport. Only way to go!

I was scared at first because it was windy, we hit a few bumps, but the pilot was very skilled and handled the flight well. I was impressed! I liked being able to see a lot more than on a big plane.

Be sure you understand the planes are tiny and highly subject to weather conditions and mechanical trouble. Our flight from Boston to Augusta was delayed 2hours due to mechanical difficulties. The flight back was cancelled because of fog. We had to take a bus to Boston. After paying the bus fare, we basically received a 20 dollar refund. I would...

When we arrived at the airport 40min before our flight we got told by the agent that they “close” the flight an hour before and we are unable to be on it. He then proceeds to answer multiple phone calls and ignore us for ten minutes before telling us we can take the next flight out...in four hours. Walked through...

I really like being able to get my travels started in a small airport close to home. I love sitting right behind the pilot and getting to see what all is going on. they delivered us into Lambert just a few gates away form our next flight. We save time and save on parking at the big airport.
