An okay airplane, all in. Sad, considering the money a new airplane must cost. The seating remains to narrow, especially across the shoulders to say the airplane is comfortable. As this is a new configuration, I am afraid it is the new norm for the next generation. Pity. All that cash for average.

My wife and I recently flew Air Canada from Vancouver to San Diego return. We did not buy seats because the aircraft economy section consisted entirely of a two-seat configuration each side of the aisle. Although we are Aeroplan members, booked months in advance, and checked in as soon as possible, our seats were not together on either flight. There...

I understand delays in a scheduled flight is normal. But for a 3 hours flight, Air Canada can delayed for 4 hours due to the scheduled gate has another flight to Montreal. This is a seriously unpleasant experience. I will never recommend anyone to take AC if other choices available.

Made this flight many times and I find the desk staff and in-flight crew very efficient and friendly. Lounge at each end of these flights is comfortable and has a good selection of light foods and snacks. For the most part flights are always on time - bonus!

I recently flew business class from Montreal to Geneva and it was an excellent experience. The service was excellent as were the cuisine and wine choices. The flight is about eight hours in total. A note for those travelling from Toronto to Geneva on Air Canada, the flight is promoted as non-stop, but it actually stops in Montreal and then...

I had a multiple leg flight and was on one of the smaller planes stopping over in Calgary before heading to my other destination. The cabin crew asked for people to skycheck their cabin luggage as the flight was full. I was expecting my luggage to be at the door as that is the usual protocol. The crew knew that...

Flying back from Tokyo, I did my usual routine of checking my wife and me in online just under 24 hours ahead of time. Surprisingly, the only 2 non-premium seats available together were in the last row of the plane. Normally this could have been a disaster, but Air Canada's new Boeing 777 Dreamliner made the experience reasonable, with good...

Arrived for our 6:00 AM flight from Whitehorse to Vancouver and checked three bags. Agent recommended to check them through to our final destination since they’re partners with our connecting Delta flights. My skepticism was justified when we got held up every step of our way in Vancouver-YVR due to the luggage issues. “AC” codes for the luggage scans during...

I do fly often. Lately I've noticed that the flights have been full and they often give me a middle seat. I am 6'3 and weigh 235. I don't fit in the middle seat! I called Air Canada the night before my flight and was amazed and greatly gratified to have the attendant (won't mention her name in case of...

We flew Toronto to Las Vegas on Air Canada Rouge (economy class). Booking on-line was easy, but there are extra charges for almost everything. Seat selection for 4 (not premium economy) cost $84. Checked baggage is $30 for the first bag and $50 for a second. Everything served (except for one soft drink) is extra. One can of beer and...
