Rarely do I find a flight that deserves HIGH praise, but Air Canada’s Flight# 27 from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to Shanghai’s Pudong Airport (PVG) certainly does. It turned a dreaded event into a better than tolerable event. First, some background –We did our own planning for this 32-day sojourn to China, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Japan, and Washington and...

Excellent flight, however the Red Eye made it impossible for my wife and I to get any sleep. Also space limited. Felt cramped. Flew on 767-300

The flight was fine. But, if it fit vacation packages suck. Food was terrible, services provided or not as advertised. If you called to complain to Air Canada, you wait 10 weeks and if you’re lucky someone will get back to you. And they call this customer care

We have never before flown anything but coach, but this was a looong trip (20 hours in the air over 3 flights, the longest 12 hours), so we sprang for business class. This meant we were in pod seating. TOTALLY worth it! Fully reclining seats in a private little space, toiletries kit, full open bar, excellent multi-course dinner. Quilted seat...

Flew from Vancouver to Rome via Toronto and Rome to Vancouver, via Montreal, with my 92 year old dad. Overall our flights and serve were good both ways. They provided my dad assistance to and from the check in and gates. the only issue ws in Rome where they did not have my dad listed as needing assistance. I told...

We were taking a bucket list trip from my wife's list. She wanted to see the Northern Lights. (We did and they were awesome!!). Rather than chancing losing our luggage by taking multiple airlines, we chose Air Canada. We flew from Baltimore to Toronto, Toronto to Vancouver and Vancouver to Whitehorse. As the title says, AC generally gave good service....

I wonder why when we fly out or into Fort McMurray the airlines prices are so high. Air Canada and Westjet charge similar prices but the availability in the last year of flights is continually reduced. We are told to be at the airports up to 90 mins ahead of time and upon arrivals often find out there is a...

It was a standard flight from Air Canada with the usual amenities. A bit bummed that we get charged for a blanket, stop nickel and dimeing the customer already!

We had a wonderful flight to London from Calgary. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. The movies helped pass the time with a great selection of entertainment. We would definitely recommend flying with Air Canada.

My wife and I travelled to Beijing from Toronto on Sept.4/18 and returned Sept.27/18 Shanghai to Toronto. Being in Premium Economy the check in was quick and easy on both ends. We are glad we opted for Premium Economy since it was a 13 1/2 flight. We picked our seats early so we could get two on the side rather...
