Loved the flight and the staff were brilliant. Natasha was very professional and caring towards my son who is 32 but is Autistic and was quite air sick. She helped us sort out things without panic and my son improved. The rest of the staff were equally as professional and kind. Loved the whole journey and flying into terminal c was a dream. We will be travelling back with you guys in a couple of weeks and would highly recommend your airline to anyone. Thank you.

Aer Lingus tends to treat it Concierge Members well. I managed to get on this flight which was earlier than my scheduled flight as they kindly changed the flight in the lounge. Food in lounge needs to be upgraded. Flight was fine.

Flying with Aer Lingus was probably my best experience flying ever. The staff were so kind, the in flight food was soooo good and the overall flight was perfect. I never caught the pilots name but it was clear he knew how to handle that plane. On landing, I was expecting to feel a heavy thud and feel the speed of the plane landing on the runway in Dublin, however, it was as if he used his hands and places the plane gently down on the ground and then we were stopped and waiting for the doors to open. It was so calm and I was shocked by the gentle ease of it. The attendants clearly were professional, they had to deal with some rude people on the place and they never looked rude or weary, just always had a smile on and ready to help. The beef stew was delicious! My fiancé did not believe it came from a plane! We thought one of these flight attendants must have cooked this! It was perfect. Overall 10/10 and I will be flying two more times this week with Aer Lingus, on our way back to Dublin from Paris and I am excited to experience this amazing airline again! I think this is the airline I’ll always use when traveling to Europe.

Aerlingus have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing I spent 2 hours on the phone to no avail. Took 9 days to get any sort of response off the team and once I received that I received no further correspondence. They are very much so in the service of selling seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction as any time I spoke on the phone to the sales team I got through in minutes as previously stated i spent 2 hours on hold waiting for someone in the refunds department. I am appalled

Flight was overbooked and seven of us were not allowed on, though we all had tickets booked months ago and had gone to the airport in good time. We were told we had to fly tomorrow instead, and were rebooked and forcibly given a cheque, presumably so we wouldn't sue. We were all frantic. I was so desperate to fly on the day intended -- I have to be on an important interview panel on arrival -- that I waited for the next plane, which the lady at checkin was worth a punt. It, too, was overbooked, but several people felt so sorry for me they said they would be prepared to take a cheque themselves to stay over, so I could travel -- and, of course, I'd then have torn up my cheque. Outrageously, the lady said that we couldn't trade, and put them all on the flight, leaving me in a state of extreme distress at the airport. I'm still in US. This is the worst travel experience I have ever had. The repercussions for me will be huge. AVOID this airline.
