As we like to spend our holiday on the Island of Milos, we prefer to fly with Aegean who's service is impeccable. First we fly to Athens but our luggage is sent directly to Milos, so we don't have to worry about that anymore. The company offers decent food and a great variety of drinks, all included in the price....

The flight was ok, in a modern Aibus-321. The flight attendants were helpfull and polite.Soft drinks and a lite snack at no cost. We flew from Barcelona to rehodos via Athens. The suitcases arrived ok.

The flight was very old and the service was very poor. The seats were not comfortable and they barely give you a glass of water and a half toast stuffed with a disgusting mashed eggplant. You will hear noise for the whole trip and you will definitely end with a headache. They will also makes you pay for extra weight...

Seating is very tight and every flight we had on this airline was completely full requiring numerous passengers to gate check their bags (meanwhile other passengers in the same class walked on with more bags than permitted). Perhaps most irritating when we arrived at the airport to check into the flight, there was a very long line but no one...

I was offered a relatively cheap ticket. Everything went good. Flights were on time, very clean and most important, friendly staff specially with noisy children. It is not common to get hot breakfast in other inter-European flights. My only problem was with the legroom that I have to pay extra money for it. Athens airport is rather crowded which means...

A good airline in general but I don't like their luggage policy which I believe put a lot of people from flying with them.. in fact, I was flown with their rival next time because I was given more than the expected luggage allowance for free.

Nice and kind cabin crew, smooth flight and landing, good snack and the flight status is shown on screens in the cabin. No delay and the boarding was on time. Good experience and also got a good ticket price

We were heading from Rome to Santorini but had to stop in Athens to switch flights. The Rome-Athens flight was less than two hours but the service on the flight was amazing! Before we took off they came around with hard candies for everyone. Then, shortly after takeoff they started the food and beverage service. It was a large plane...

The flight was taken on Thursday, July 5th with a delay of over 30min, at 21:45. This was not the problem. When asked about the very busy boarding, the clerk didn´t know what to say. Asking for the time, she said smiling:"it is going to delay only 30 min". Although Santorini is a busy international destination, the airport is awful,...

They have like the same number of check in desks for Bussiness and economy class. The line was very long(100 maby or more) for economy and nobody in line in the Bussiness .. still they didn't accept economy class travelers, which is a pitty, because the ponit is to serve to people and provide better service for all travelers. Disappointed...
